Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The people were warm and welcoming, the environment was lovely, the weather was perfect, the food was great, and the service was generally very good. We truly have no major complaints.
That said, a few areas could be improved to enhance the guest experience even further:
Fitness Facility – It would be great to have access to a basic fitness center or gym on the premises.
Customer-Centric Mindset – While the staff were courteous, there’s room to empower them more. For instance, small gestures like serving a cup of tea just a few minutes outside the scheduled high-tea window can go a long way in delighting guests.
Room Allocation Accuracy – I had booked a "Deluxe Twin Bed Room With Balcony" for my kids, but was assigned a room with a Queen bed instead. It’s a minor issue, but attention to such details would improve satisfaction.
Check-in Process – During check-in, we were initially assigned rooms and then asked to move to different ones shortly after. It felt a bit disorganized and could be streamlined for a smoother arrival experience.
Bathroom Privacy – The room had a glass panel separating the bedroom and bathroom, with only a curtain on the bedroom side for privacy. While this setup may suit couples, it could be uncomfortable in other scenarios. A more privacy-conscious design would be appreciated.
Breakfast Variety – The breakfast spread felt limited in terms of variety. Offering a wider selection would better cater to different preferences and enhance the overall dining experience.
Apart from these, everything else was truly enjoyable.
