The stay was beautiful, clean and cozy. It's closer to the Varkala cliff and the Janardhana Swamy temple hence at a convenient location. Breakfast was delicious and authentic. The staff members were sweet and cooperative.The stay is well maintained with space for parking, seating areas and a pool

The location of the property is it's USP. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet needs substantial improvement.

Staff at hotel is horrible. You will spoil your entire trip If you stay at this property. If you want to experience the beach resort vibe . This is not a right place .

There was no receptionist. When called, he was very rude and asked me to wait for the check in. The room was dingy, smelly and scary. I did not see a soul at the property, though the guy kept saying that the property is fully booked. I did not stay at the property because i did not feel safe at all. I also realised that the property is heavily overpriced. I paired the price of a five star property while the place was just worth one star.

Good rooms with great view. However sounds can be heard from the other rooms as it is made of woods and lift is not there.

We booked wooden sea view rooms for 3 nights. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The service was also good considering this is a villa. The view from our room was also nice. The only improvement they need to do is in the breakfast spread, there were not much variety. Also a little hygiene issue i found. Overall, our stay at villa luca was great and recommended !

Stay at this place was a worst experience so fa must review and change the pictures of the room. Everything about hotel pictures are ok except that everything is old, may be at-least 10 years. Even they didn't clean the floor mat. Furniture was old. Bath towel was not clean. Smell wasn't good inside in the room case it doesn't make you feel you are in a hotel or resort.

Let me break it down: 1. **Room Size and Aesthetics**: The room we were assigned was disappointingly average in size. Considering the price we paid, I expected something more appealing. The decor and ambiance fell short of our expectations. Additionally, the water flushing system in the toilet was faulty, which was quite awkward. 2. **Service Delays**: On one evening, I decided to grab a snack at the nearby **Elixir Restaurant**. I ordered some snacks and tea, but the wait was excruciating. I waited for over **30 minutes** without any response. Eventually, I had to station myself near the main gate, where I waited an additional **15–20 minutes** just to receive my order. Surprisingly, there were no other patrons in the restaurant at the time. I even had to remind the staff about my order. 3. **Staff Attitude**: The staff at the reception appeared **passive and indifferent**, lacking even a welcome smile or enthusiasm. This lack of warmth was disappointing. 4. **Beach View and Natural Beauty**: The redeeming factor was undoubtedly the beach view. The natural beauty surrounding the resort was breathtaking. Spending time by the waves was a gift from nature itself. In summary, while the beach and its serene atmosphere were commendable, the overall experience at Villa Luca fell short. For the price we paid, we expected better accommodation and prompt service. I recommend exploring other options before booking here.

The stay was ok and the room which we have been allotted was not that great. Food was decent but price wise it's high. View was good. They can still maintain it more better.

Property is decent with spacious rooms, a swimming pool, access to the beach. The staff is inexperienced, and i do not recommend ordering from the restaurant. During my booking at villa luca, i have faced fraud with the prices. I booked wooden suite with sea view at around rs 11, 000. Upon being asked for an extension for a day, the hotel staff told me that the same room would be for rs. 7, 000. After being asked for the reason of difference in prices, i was not given a sound reason neither by hotel staff nor by mmt. An advice to fellow travellers, even though mm t shows you less options to stay at varkala north and south cliff, there are numerous offline options available. You will be safe and sound. All of the properties have their own access to the beach south beach is amazingly beautiful. Cheers!
