The Marine Pride Beach Resort And Spa

This place deserves 100/10 for location. perched on a cliff ,it gives you a 270 degrees of the Arabian Sea. The beach is at the gates of the Resort. In October we had a full view of the crashing waves 24x7. The staff are excellent, courteous, helpful and friendly. Great food, both Kerala and North Indian. We will be back very soon.

The location of the property is really good. You can enjoy the beach. But the upkeep of the rooms and the food options are not that good. The breakfast options are minimal. The reason provided was that the staffs were on leave due to holidays.

Pros - No complaints about the location or view Par excellence.. The staff is very friendly and helpful Cons - The edges of the property are crumbling into the sea and one needs to be careful. At Rs. 8000 per room, per day - we felt cheated. Very tired rooms, bare amenities, old dirty faded linen Not even one shelf in the bathing area which cannot be closed. Basic food available on demand. With some investment and careful attention, it can be made worth the price.

The property is definitely not to be booked. Over priced and no service at all. The food is pathetic. Suggest that should do due diligence before listing properties in website.

Location was little far from all main restaurant and cafes. So if you have to go anywhere you need to rely on hotel staff to call for auto or cab and there they charges high amount as amount must be taken by resort to call them. Apart from that everything was good they have private beach you can enjoy your time fully not much crowd at beach. Only cons i see is no restaurant or shop near to resort we have to rely on resort food. To go anywhere out if you don't have private vehicle auto and cab will charge like anything.

Total picturesque place and good hospitality. View is awestrucking. Food is not that great for north indians though

Staff behaviour was very bad, they misbehaved with us. The mattress and towels were not clean. No toiletries were present except toothpaste. They only provided one litre of water, and asked to pay for the rest of the water. Overall a very bad experience

Very very poor arrangement and service, charging 8500 is way too high for just a bed and table room with very very poor quality food. Only solace is it's next to beach. Apart from that everything is real bad. Avoid if possible

location- good food - bad service - okay amenities- below par toiletries not provided, uncomfortable bed sheets, kitchen take 2hrs for order although the staff is courteous but supplies are limited not worth the money they charge.

Good property, adjesant to the arabian sea, sea facing rooms very neat and clean, courteous staff and always ready with their service.
