Review Of VVS Grand Fusion

Horrible service and no service. It is a terrible hotel.

The pictures are not true, none of the rooms are like that. Not worth the money but there is no other option in Machilipatnam! The other hotel under the same owner is worst than VVS Grand.

Basic facilities are missing. Intercom not working. Tea in morning not available at restaurant.

Rooms are good but can be better

Hotel is very poorly maintained with unprofessional staff. Dirty room, dirty washroom and poor ambience.

Service is good, rooms are tidy. Bathrooms seem little stinky. And can be maintained well.

Rooms and service was not up to the mark of price

Good Experience staying in this hotel. But, for food both veg and nonveg are there. For pure vegetarians, it is a little bit difficult for common food.

We stayed for 3 days. Neat and clean room food is good. Overall it is good.

Simply nice food, room and service etc.
No wifi and the booking was not confirmed till the day of check-in problem.

No paper roll in bathroom, towels were not provided, no one showed for few issues reported.

Horrible hotel. Rusted water faucets. Dirty bathroom. Below par food.
They demand money, they don't ask for service. Scrap room. Unpolished staff. Below par food. I have order for a soft drink and kept it over night without opening it. Next day after, I left the room, the room was to cleaned while the drink bottle was stolen. Soaps were stolen. Don't ever go to this horrible hotel.

Good location. Very small room, poor service and very high cost.

Stay is fine din't try the food because was more that enough I felt.
It was fine but for any thing needed need to call them 4 to 5 times to get it and for complimentry tiolet kit they gave in a room and for to place it in other room fr hot water need to call them again again and again, they is no iron box.

VVS Grand has renovated shortly so rooms are good. Service and cleanliness is not upto mark but for Machilipatnam you can consider your stay.

The overall stay was "OK" as there were no other options in such a big town. I had to book this hotel at the last minute and cost is too much for the facilities they provided. I think the VVS group people started this hotel with a vision and a purpose but they hired wrong people right from the watchmen to the receptionist. The receptionist is very bad at responding to queries and attending simple requests like 'send the boy to the room'. Even though it looks like a fancy hotel, they don't have (probably don't know how to) database of online bookings and they will ask the money while you're checking out even though you have paid completely in the online. And the room looks fancy, no doubt about that. But the AC was not working and the fan is either at speed of 1 or 5. And one more worst thing, everyone will ask for the tip right from the time you enter into the hotel. Basement parking is locked and the watchmen will ask tip after opening the gate for you to park your vehicle. Food was decent for the price and tea is good. I'll suggest to skip this until unless this is the only option left for you.

Restaurant I have not tried. Room is clean and good.
