Overall visit was great and the resort was also pleasant enough to spend time with family. I felt the activities should have been cheaper. The food was brutally expensive for the low quality it offered. Given a chance, we would have dined outside. Otherwise the overall stay is good.

The property is well maintained . Staff is polite and helpful and everything is good. But the prices of restaurant are very high and be mindful while walking at night in the common area. There are snakes in some parts (deep trees) , monkeys and dogs. Better if possible they are controlled

1) Property location is excellent amidst coconut farms near to Godavari, away from town. 2) Rooms are decent with good maintenance. 3) All the basic amenities are available for a comfortable stay. Cycles are available to go around property. 4) Food is not up to the mark. I expected an authentic Godavari area food and taste. But the available food is basic North Indian style food and taste. But there is no much option outside. Breakfast is good. 5) They have arranged for a ferry ride in Godavari, which is excellent. 6) Suggestion: Improving maintenance of existing assets will add premium to the property

Great holiday place for quiet and serenity

It was an excellent experience overall. The location is spot on if you want to cut away from the routine and enjoy some quiet and serenity. Food and amenities were good enough. What stood out most was the service. The resort management and employees were very pleasant, flexible and acceded to almost all of our requests including change of room for a better view, delayed meals at the restaurant (as we were travelling with a 5 month old baby) and even called to deliver room service by themselves on the last day. One of the staff members was kind enough to oblige our request to take some family photos of us on the lake by going out of his way. There could be some improvements however. We stayed for 4 nights and The breakfast stayed very similar everyday. There were some minor changes, but they could try to include a bit more variety. The game area didn’t have the best of infrastructure and there was no spa service during our stay, which we were really looking forward to. We went to the other major resort in Dindi also for lunch and felt this one was a better experience overall.

Good Stay
Feedback: Room size was good and clean. Considering the weather there, i would suggest that room AC should be turned on at least 30mins prior to checkin. It took good 1 hour to cool the room. Food variety was good but was very spicy for the dinner buffet which was part of package. Restaurant was badly understaffed, only 2 guys managed the whole restaurant food services. Overall I think room tariff per day was little higher given the property location, food and overall services.
