NICE EXPERIENCE AT SRINIVASA GRAND CHIRALA

The property is good but the entrance is very bad. We have to climb a flight of steps which are not ergonomically designed. The room was quite spacious and the linen was also very good. In the toilet there is no mirror, although what I booked was a SUITE ROOM. The bathroom is quite big but not designed properly. As a result both the toilet and the bath area are next to each other leaving a lot of space which has gone waste. Service was very prompt and the staff courteous.

The hotel has basic amenities and is near for a nights stay. Food can be ordered but it comes from outside. There is a coffee machine at the reception. There is no parking facility. There are no driver dormitories. I had to book a separate single room for my driver. The reception is unaware of details of local destinations and shopping centres. Location is walkable distance from railway station.

I have checked in late before arriving I have called reception and asked to keep my room ready, they said it is ready, but when we check in the power supply is not working properly&water is not coming in the bathrooms.Later they changed to another room there again water not coming. Car parking is a big problem...we have managed to park on roads.

No parking, room is nice hotel located in middle of the city, only issue is parking if you don't find the parking at hotel then staff will help us park the vehicle in railway station
