Rooms were comfortable, but the staff at reception was very arrogant and rude and charged me extra even after showing the policies of the hotel itself, saying thats their standard rates.. so i had to pay extra amount

Great Location and Clean Rooms
The location is central and well-connected, making it easy to reach popular tourist attractions via public transport or a short ride. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the food at the hotel was enjoyable with good variety and taste. One minor issue was that the mini fridge in the room wasn’t working properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

Not worth the price
Hotel room is too small. It is located on the main road and the rooms are not so it becomes very noisy at nights. Too expensive and not value foe money as the property is quite old.

Excellent Stay
The hospitality was excellent, with a high standard of cleanliness. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience.

No Boutique experience Just Average
Booked the hotel after seeing the pictures online, but the actual condition of the room and especially the bathroom was poor. Booked the room for early morning temple visit and started off with cold shower since the heater was not working and no pressure in the taps. When informed to the front desk, no resolution was provided. When requested for the room change i was informed that the water heater was under maintenance so no hot water for any of the rooms. Both in room dining and breakfast buffet was average. Staff were not helpful at all.

The staff were warm and welcoming from the start, and check-in was smooth and quick. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to see.

Stay there for a day with family. We had booked 2 rooms. Rooms were good just the bathroom fittin were very dirty. The hotel is good locations except bathroom everything was good. A decent breakfast

The room was good but there are so many of Mosquito in room, wash room ,bathroom. anywhere we see full off Mosquito, it's very irritating, I ask hotal team about the Mosquitos , there are no response, worst experience in make my trip and vivid hotel trichy.

Worst ever hotel Vivid never book this, you money rui
I had a very very bad experience with Vivid, The rooms which I booked were the worst, it was old rooms with bed spring fully gone and I asked to change room and even the other room is drainage smell from restroom and AC flow is bad, When I complained they put Odonil in pieces and never bothered about the guest and not even asked about How it feels now, never ever book this hotel at Trichy

Location wise it's very accessible to Srirangam and rockfort temple but as mentioned in website they don't provide early check in or late check out despite requesting and lot of mosquitos in room they have to really take care of it and I developed itching after sleeping on the bed even after changing bedsheets (mattress should be cleaned thoroughly) Housekeeping staff and security are really helpful.

Family Vacation Stay
Pros: Property at key location. Stop throw distance reach to bus stand . Lot of Shopping and Food places nearby . Well ventilated and Clean and Spacious rooms. . Check in and check out process was seamless . In House Restaurant menus were expensive but you have lot of choices of foods and restaurants outside as this is in prime location of the city . Cons: complimentary food wasn’t great. It was weekday so not plenty of choices and the food was also not served hot. Rest it was a wonderful stay

Poor Staff behavior
Staff behavior very inappropriate, over charged and not help full. During Checkin time, no one was there in the reception and we have to wait 15 min for staff to come to engage with us for chain formalities. lot of mosquitos in the room.

The entire hotel is non-smoking, rooms are spacious, ideal for family and business. The breakfast spread was good and delicious. Overall a very pleasant stay.
