Review Of VITS Sharanam, Thane

Poor service, room very congested, price too high, they’re making money using name vits,

Preety good stay, clean and decent, just one thing is that room service is very slow, rest all perfect

I booked this hotel looking at an early check in possibility but I got delayed check in and the reason was the room was not ready and maintenance work was going on. after asking only staff was just replying to the polity that we are getting it ready The room was smelling bad, so we asked for room freshener. Tv internet was not working. it was mentioned that the mini fridge will have some munchi but it was empty looks like a very old property poorly maintained. we didn't even spend our night and the hotel at night. We did not even have breakfast. we will never visit again

Inspite of confirmed booking and early checkin provision we had to wait for 15 to 20 min for the room allocation Room allocated was stinking because of the cleaning mop and hence requested another room which again took 15 min Housekeeping staff kept convincing is that smell is coming from washroom and not because of mop After room allocation we found that the new allocated room washroom was not cleaned and only a sanitization board was put up After the drama we ordered tea and coffee which we received in the thermos with cockroaches over them

Deluxe Room was spacious and comfortable. But rooms seem to have not maintained well. key hole present on the main door was filled with some paper. There was paint scraps on multiple wall and also the toilet were not cleaned as per VITS standard. Only USP what I found was the food, Room service as well as morning buffet breakfast was very good. P.S.: Room Service is costly when compared to restaurant dining. Lastly, I found a lot of corridor noise and disturbance even for a hotel that was less than 30% occupied.

: The property was good and the room service was satisfactory. However, the housekeeping services were not up to the mark throughout our stay. The biggest concern was the breakfast experience at the restaurant. Most of the counters were empty, and there were no clean tables, plates, bowls, glasses, or cups available. There was barely any food ready, and we had to wait a considerable amount of time before being served. Overall, it was a mediocre experience at VITS Sharanam, and unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations one would usually associate with the VITS brand.

room was not good .behaviour was not good.too extra demanded for on spot booking.service is ok ok.there was no amenities.

Hotel is average some facilities are poor , room stinks

It was an hectic hotel no services no hot wter water leakages rat running Unbelievable hotel, no services provided lot of stress, the bathroom was terrible. The towel provided were not cleaned and leakages from windows of rain water The staff was terrible. No instant response, taking long time for for responding and charges were more than expected. Could have booked another hotel instead of this.

Not good, can stay if there is no hotel available nearby. This hotel is too old, main entrance is good but hotel room require renovation. Even on asking hotel staff denied another room.

Very Coperative Staff, soft spoken, well behaved. Nice breakfast, good restaurant & BAR. Excellent location on Mumbai Agra NH which makes commuting easy. Greenery in surrounding adds ambience.

The room was small. Interiors looking old. AC was not working and had to follow for more than an hour for corrective action. Finally after 11.00 pm another room was provided

i like this Hotel and rooms and front office desk staff service as well . overall good experience and I recommend to my friends as well It was a good stay but need to improve little but Ac cooling temperature it doesn't work properly only ACs fan work in-between I had observed 3-4 times cz I oftenly visit overall good experience

I had a very comfortable stay at VITS Sharma. The property is well located, easy to reach and peaceful. Rooms were clean and spacious with all necessary facilities. The food was tasty and well prepared. Staff was polite, helpful and made the stay pleasant. Overall a great experience, I would recommend it to others also I would prefer to stay with you.

Very convenient Location of property, Very Good vegetarian food , Room was very comfortable and Well behaved , cordial staff.

VITS Sharanam has a very poor guest welcome with no bell boy, poor room service and rooms not up to the mark. Had an unpleasant experience at the hotel.

Hot water not available, we have to wait atleast 20 min to bath into hot water. Food was yum 😋. Hotel staff behaviour is good. Room service is good. Overall everything well maintained and good to stay.

Rooms were not hygienic , the ambience was not upto the mark..the room were shabby enough to stay

My stay at Vits was terrible, the suite room shown is not as the pics shown online . The bedsheet was unclean and later when changed had holes in it . The bathroom latch watch broken from inside. Th floor carpet was in ba state. Overall a very bad experience. Would not recommend and visit again.
