Terrible Stay
The villa montilla at lonavala was a very bad experience for us. The place was not great, no services at the villa. The caretakers said basically everything would have to be bought from hotels outside, so there is no food cooked in the villa. The bed was not clean and full of hairs. Is a place more for bachelors to visit and not for families. We vacated the place 1 day in advance
Good property
Excellent swimming pool, behaviour of caretaker. Good location, slightly difficult to find as road is not good. Very good food. Property has started looking a little old as per the paints. Slightly overpriced. Overall good stay
Very peaceful location
groupVilla is good for around 10 + members. Location is easily accessible

Villa was clean and good. However location of Villa is isolated. If you have no plan to go outside the Villa then it's not an issue. Otherwise consider other options.
