Food not available on property. Location is good for those coming for admissions at NITTE / MAHE. Basic facilities like hot water, soap, towels etc. available.

Hello, From the out stay look great, but the rooms are very stinky and not well maintained. There is no basic facilities also like toilet soap,tissues & water bottles also I felt it was not at all worthy to stay.

Do not waste your money; it's a waste of your time. There are bed bugs all over the building. The bed sheets are not changed, and the room is very dirty.

Worst place to stay, rude staff, room not clean and washroom not maintained properly better to look other stay. Swimming pool is not worst

the place is structured like a 4 BHK with a hall. we had done a booking of 4 rooms, the owner did not initially agree to give the whole floor, and told that the rooms would be given on different floors. he charged 2k extra for getting the rooms on the same floor. the floor was dirty and not maintained at all. bathrooms had paint peeling off and it's crumbs were falling apart. did not provide water, toiletries and they even disagreed to provide extra blankets

Worst property and very dirty and it was a scam and lot of mosquitoes, very dirty room couldn’t stay for 10 mins over there

Well maintained space. Rooms are clean. Washrooms are clean. Well behaving staff. One can enjoy a good stay in bangalore. Swimming pool is there. Cctv is there for security.

We had a very bad experience in villa8485 due to very poor service and manager manjunath was very rude and didn’t allow us use swimming pool even though it was included in amenities... also pool was very badly maintained and manager manjunath was very abusive and behaved ungentlemanly, impolite and impudent. Totally we regretted booking the stay

Poorly maintained bed, bathroom and clean ship. Location is ok. Service just about ok. The pool mentioned is quite dirty and not maintained.

Near to airport - good stay. No hassles & much adaptable to early morning flights. Not much preferred to family

The stay was good!, surroundings, cozy and structures. Quiet place. No disturbances. The only disappointment was the swimming pool. Due to the rain. It was all leaves and sticks. And they refused to clean it.
