I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property. The experience was far below expectations and quite unpleasant. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception to assist me, and even the room service staff appeared to be intoxicated, which was completely unacceptable. Although the room size was decent, it was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The sofa was stained and unhygienic, the television was not working, and there was no hot water available. Despite repeated attempts, there was absolutely no one to respond or address these issues. Overall, the stay was highly disappointing and uncomfortable. Given the condition of the property and the lack of basic services, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I kindly request a full refund for my booking, as the experience did not match the promised standards or basic expectations of hospitality. Thank you for your understanding. First of all, I liked the politeness and courteousness of staff. Room - Too much large, plenty of space ! Large sized bathroom ! Only 4 marks out of 5 for cleanness of the room.

Location - 4. 5 food - not available amenities - 3 service - 4 overall - 3. 5/5 i was new to karnataka, i don't know the language also but the owner was very friendly.

It was a good and decent stay. Rooms were clean and it fills the purpose, it’s next to railway track but that can be ignored but overall good stay

First of all i booked for 3 people but the hotel staff said we have booked for only 2 and demanded for extra amount. And we had no other choice because we checked in late night and couldn't cancel it.

It's was a pleasant stay. The staff showed good hospitality and they were so cooperative. When i asked for early check-in, they did agree without any further discussion. Even after checkout time i left my luggage box in one the staff room and they kept it safely till i came to checkout.

Location is worst, it is located near rely line and trains are plenty in frequency, i could not sleep in calm rest is is okay okay

It was great being there. People around there were really good. Good hospitality but could have been much cleaner.

Present stay, they will pick call at midnight so it was easy to check in late night stay, good wi-fi n hot water. Now they are up to restaurant. Good.
