It’s a great place to stay. Hotel was easy to locate, rooms were also nicely designed & were clean. The owner is a neutral guy (not too nice, not too rude) the only cons would be 1. No hot water for drinking & 2. The tv has only 3-4 channels which are completely in kannada, so no options for hindi or english speakers.

When check-in time he already all rooms booked, then send to another hotel it is not cleaned well and and it is too small that room rent worth around 500rs

Booked ac room and got non ac room

Rooms are very near and clean but booked ac and receptionist were given non ac and saying other stories i extended another 2 days of stay and paid bill for ruppes / day. They are not giving bill in reception. Saying gst etc. Rooms are very neat. Only receptionist are not answering correct. . Receptionist are treating us like free accommodation given to us
