Excellent Stay
I had a great experience staying at this property. The location was convenient and easily accessible from all corners. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. The food was delicious and fresh. Overall, it was a great stay; I would definitely stay here again.

Poor Stay
The property is situated in a decent Mall along with Clark Inn brand. However it does not have any windows any of the room.

Good Hotrl in Patna
This is a nice place to stay. The location is convenient, situated in the industrial area and within the famous P&M mall. Although the room size was small, it was clean and comfortable. The best part was the food quality - good taste at affordable prices. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide range of options. Overall, my stay was very comfortable.

it was really wonderful experience to stay there . as it is situated in midst of Mall everything is available . food quality was too good

food poor and rooms are not to the standards of Clarks inn no window in the room,bathroom was also very old also my room was just below Theater where I can literally hear the housefull 5 sound

We had a very comfortable stay here.The staff is very hard working and helpful,polite and Restaurant is decorated with taste and serves good food.The place is located in the mall only where everything essential is readily available.

I wnat to bringing your attantion towads one more issue which was faced in second day in paid breckfast, They provided us stale food, specially coconut chutni and sabji, also fruits was cutted day before. Same food provided as day first except juice and sewai. I also informed to representative. Due to the food i hv suffering from dissentry and loose motion.

For your acknowledgement; we are much more focused regarding the quality of food & hygiene which is delivered to our guests. We prepare that much food which can be easily consume on same session. Still if any leftover food than we kept it separately & make a spoilage report under the supervision of Chef. The particular day you talked about; our rooms were totally sold out as usual & its our hotel SOP; that management representative take feedback from each and every guest who dine with us; no such issues came into our acknowledgement and they are satisfied with their meal. However We sincerely apologize for the issues you faced on 2nd day of your buffet breakfast during the stay We will certainly address your feedback with our team to ensure improvements are made.
