when you check in the literally they promise you that you will have a service like a five star not less than a five star but in actual ground it is zero literally they will give you staffs & they say it will be for you 24 hours in service which is false because when u need help they will say they are other works to do they have Garden to do they have outside villa work to do and lot of excuses staffs at villa will be rude & absent...hygiene at the Villa is not the top priority list literally we have to ask them to change the bedsheet to clean to do jhadu pochha everything but they were never interested in cleaning they were likely are you checking out that you want to get it clean like these were the words are you checking out that you want the room to be cleaned and I was shocked by their this behaviour also the Villa was not maintained as cleaning wise it was really out of 10 it will be one there were spider web everywhere there were red ants attacking us literally it was so bad for we had a child with us and the child was literally crying and also there was a small incident where in the swimming pool there was a small snake .. after when you checkout they will literally trouble you by sending u photo we had a baby with us so maybe by mistake there must be a stain on the bed sheet they will send you pictures mental harassment they do and by mistakenly one of my friend smoked in the washroom on the first floor and then must be a cigarette bud then they literally cut money from your deposit money so this kind of a behaviour is really bad … anything would have happened in front of us we would have own up but or they would have shown US then wen we were present I would even understand but it was when we checked out they wanted to cut the money from the deposit and they which they do successfully and it’s really sad.
