let's start with what is good. the rooms were clean, and I mean spotless. even the top of the door was dust free. the villas are great for spending quality time with family. the kolthare beach is 5 minutes drive away. but not close enough to be too humid. the ideal location for coastal stay. the food is really tasty and home made fresh. now coming to the negative, I booked from mmt, two days in advance. when I reached the location the caretaker was unaware of the booking. he called the owner, and instead of checking the mmt website, he started interrogating me about the booking. The next day at checkout we talked and his attitude was, "mmt didn't notify us. and please don't rate us poorly it's not our fault". but that is not true, you are doing business, it's your responsibility to be on top of the issues. whatever the backend might be. I had a bad experience while checking in. which is the first impression. so I am dropping 2 points for that.

Food was good and the rooms were clean and spacious. Good for family vacation.

Good place to stay. The staff was pretty friendly. Food was nice.

Good for family and children to have stay in nature.

Being a independent resort/2BHK, it's good for a family to enjoy a stay.

A good resort away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Location: 20 kms from Dapoli. The shorter route is not so good. Better to take route towards Dabhol from Dapoli and then come back towards Kolthare beach. This is around 6 kms extra, but much better . Place: is great. They have 1/2. So if you have a big group, this is a very good place. The rooms are not so big, but 2 bhk can easily accommodate 8 people . Food: Very good. If you eat Non veg, try Fish curry and fried fish. Try the Modaks too . Beach is 1 km.
