Immersive stay, excellent ambience and foo
We just enjoyed the stay. Entire ambience of the property is excellent. It's beautifully decorated and surrounded by its own lush-green garden where we found Alphonso mango trees, Teak, Cashew nut and other plantations. Importantly they have cultivated a spice garden which are used in their own kitchen menus that add flavors to the recipes. Spacious rooms with balcony, spotless linens, walkable distance away from the happening Murud beach, soft and friendly staffs and delicious food - what else is needed for a weekend break!

We visited for the second time yesterday, expecting the same quality and service we experienced a year ago. However, we were greatly disappointed. The food quality was poor, there was no welcome drink, and the reception staff did not respond properly. There was no one available to assist with our luggage, and the rooms were not cleaned adequately. We were provided with old, unwashed bedsheets and towels. The food was the worst we’ve had. I would advise against visiting this place, as it’s a waste of money due to the terrible service. The previous staff was kind and generous, but the new staff appears unqualified, often confused, and unresponsive. Meanwhile, the owner seemed indifferent, sitting idly without addressing our concern.

Poor Stay
The hotel service was pathetic and the ac wasn't working properly. The restaurant wasn't functional and they didn't even provide basic thigs like soap handwash etc. Will not recommend to anyone.

More than Expected

Rooms were clean and hotel is near to beach. Bar is available in the hotel, need not to go outside to drink.

Service was not good compared to money
The resort ambience was good. Stay was including breakfast. But there are no options in breakfast except poha and up-ma. Food quality is not good compared to money. The staff was good and polite.

Poor Stay
We were a group of 11 corporate people and booked 5 rooms. Rooms were ok but not worth 4k per night. There was a power cut at night and the ac was not working. The room service/reception didn't respond. Also, at checkout we were accused of theft of towels. The same was counted in front of us and all was fine. Left a bad taste for us as it was kind of humiliating for each of us. Hope management considers these as a feedback and improves upon customer service.

Poor Stay
Stay was okay but ac didn't work till 9. Pm in the night, and-dine is too bad, they will keep taking orders from you and will not serve for more than 3 hours, lot of guests including me has to enter the kitchen area to get the food or left in frustration. A lot improvement needed in dine area. Felt like wasted our evening.

Terrible stay, horrible management
book this hotel if you want to spoil your holiday and waste your money, here is the whole story: i booked this hotel in the past, about 5-6 months back, so decided to book another time as well. What a terrible mistake that was. From the moment we've arrived and till the moment we left, everything was messed up. First i booked two suites; the expensive ones; these suites have one large bed and another single bed. Because i had one extra guest, i need to select this room, and as i had good experience with them, i picked both rooms to be suite. The extra bed was not made when we've arrived. I asked the girl to tell housekeeping to do the same. I got reply, "do it yourself, we won’t be doing that for extra guest. Just to clarify, i had already selected this "extra guest" while booking and already "paid" the amount for the guest, even so, it's supposed to be guests job to make their own bed. I need to get to the reception for this. One nice guy then did that, along with that added the missing toiletries, towel etc. Then around 7:30 we ordered dinner at the restaurant, nothing fancy just local, got reply it will take 45 mins to get ready which was fair enough considering all the rain out side. By 8:30 we asked again for the food, if it's ready. They keep saying will be ready in 5 mins for another hour. We were not in position to go out now as it was raining and we were with my 83 yr old grandma and 4 yr old kid. At 9:30 we got our dinner. This was not just us, for all the other guests the thing was same. No one got their food on time. Next day morning the "said breakfast time" was from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. Learning from previous nights experience, we arrived at 9:15 am, nothing was ready. People who arrived before us, told that, the breakfast preparation has just began at 8:45. Nothing was ready till 9:45. How dumb you have to be to realise, for 9:00 am breakfast not to start chopping onion at 8:45. There were only 3 things in breakfast poha, misal (for which you really don’t need to do much) and egg bhurji with very sweet tea. No coffee/milk/bread butter nothing. During checkout when we told all of these things, the owner was just laughing. Never going back here.

Terrible Stay
It was the most pathetic experience ever! Very annoying! could have given "0" as the rating if that option would have been available! Absolutely disgusting service, food availability and waiting time required to receive my food order! In spite of placing my food order by 7 pm in the evening, I was not able to receive my order until 11:00 pm! And the same was the case for my lunch! The food availability options are limited too and they just keep giving excuses no matter when you ask for a particular item! Absolutely horrible experience!😡
