Bathroom tabs not working AC water leakage

Good budget friendly beach resort. It has got a a beautiful beach front location. Room has big with a balcony with a sea view. Food was tasty just that we had to order it before hand. It seems the property is just renovated as the rooms were fresh and well decorated.

happy with the choice. resort is right in front of the beach. swimming pool is neet and clean. surmai thali was fantastic 😍. overall very happy with the stay. best for couples

We visited here and we get very good service. Rooms are spacious, clean and renovated... Staff is very cooperative. Their konkani food is very tasty. We order fish thalis n starters prawns butter garlic dishes r superb. The swimming pool is clean we'll like to visit more here..

Location is good facing the beach. Rooms are ok. No lift. Food is ok but should be ordered early. Breakfast is just ok. Room service need to be improved. Building external need to be upgraded

2 star for room. It’s very very basic. Towels they will not provide. Zero star for service. 4 member staff is managing checkin to housekeeping to restaurant and every thing else. In their so called restaurant wait time is minimum 1 hour.

Stay was average, property looks different than images, no lift, every-time personally you have to come down for room services as telephone dont work, no network so can't call manager on mobile, wifi is very poor. Overall experience was not good, it was not value for money, paid twice than it deserves. Tv was not working, ac was old not-working properly.

i think this is my 5 th trip with MMT, but this time hotel experience is horrible, room service slow, also tv, WiFi not working ptoperly, solar plant for hot bath water not working properly, breakfast available but no choice. but dinner is quite good is only satisfying but overall experience is BAD.\ मेरा पैसा तो वसुल नही हुवा आपका बचना चाहिये.

Excellent stay at surali sagar beach resort, clean and spacious rooms, supportive staff 1 minutes away from beach. Value for money.

Worst hotel. Do not book. It's a old property, staff is not friendly, owner does not pay attention on his staff. Rooms are uncleaned, no one comes to pick your bags, no one answers call at reception, bathroom is dirty, worst experience. Do not go by photos. Do not waste rs on such a shabby hotel. Will never ever go again

Poorly maintained washroom & very old & dusty room. Wifi was not available at the resort. Staff was cooperative.

Stay away if you are coming with family. No ambiance, tv doesn’t work, hot water available for a limited time. Better options available nearby

No wifi connection no network staff is too bad food service was too terrible taste was little bit good compare to the price hotel room experience was not good no sea view from room overall experience was bad

We dont like the room and resort, room was not clean, wifi and tv was not working, if the mentioned amenties not in work, please remove it from the amenties section of resort. such a poor room.

Location is very good, right next to beach. Food quality is very bad, no hygiene property is poorly maintained, not worth at all with the price they charge. There was water leakage in deluxe ac room big windows, but they don't have locks, no safety for your valuables not suitable for family

No electricity whole night. Generator not working. Horrible mosquito bites

Location is ok. Hygiene not at all in the rooms. Skiddy dirt in wash rooms. Staff eating tobacco. I paid too much in comparison with other options. Not at all value for money. Not a single positive point of the property. Wished to leave it as soon as possible. . Looking at my past travel experience wit g mmr, i request mm t to refund as much possible of the paid amount of this property.
