Location is very convenient, the staff is humble but there are lots of improvements needed on the infrastructure part, overall average experience about the hotel facilities but location is highly convenient as all requirements are near by the hotel.

Good experience with areas of improvement
We stayed at Royal Urs for one night with family (2 adults + 2 kids) while exploring Dapoli. The location is prime, right next to the bus stand, with parking and basic amenities provided. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was humble and helpful. A few things to note for future travelers: mobile coverage in and around Dapoli is very poor — only BSNL works reliably. Airtel and Jio drop completely once you leave Dapoli town (around 2 km out). Areas of improvement: the lift was not working properly (manual type and very small), and the staff didn’t acknowledge the issue properly. Wi-Fi only works in the reception area, not in rooms — the listing on MakeMyTrip is on that. Also, the checkout time is actually 10 a.m., not 11 a.m. as mentioned online. There’s no in-house restaurant, but decent food options (veg/non-veg) are available within 100 meters — though service is slow. Overall, a good property for a short 1–2 night stay, but slightly overpriced for the amenities offered. Hope the management improves Wi-Fi and lift facilities, and MakeMyTrip updates the listing for clarity.

not at all provides towels and no wifi also and no service also too bad staff and no water for drinking
