The hotel is located on the beach. The food is better than average. Couple’s room is horrible, rest of the rooms are good. Coming to the service and hospitality- terrible!! We booked a couples’ room by mistake and wanted to upgrade, however the owner asked for an exorbitant extra amount for the upgrade although the rooms were empty. The process was even higher than that being offered online. Secondly, our check out was scheduled on Monday which usually is less crowded because mostly all the guests leave by Sunday. The owner switched off all the lights near the beach and the campus, the hotel looked scary. They also cut the electricity connection in the rooms. Further, there were only 2 options in breakfast. We asked for bread jam for the 3 year old kid, and they charged for this separately even though breakfast was supposed to be complementary. The hotel was good, but the service has seriously deteriorated in last 6 months. Not at all customer friendly, would not recommend staying here.

Thank you for the review1. We are glad you felt the food better and not average, our efforts were to serve you best quality food.2. We gave you the same room which you selected . Why would we give any room in horrible state? We always try to treat our guest with great warm and love. Moreover, we from our end cannot make any changes for such booking This was the sole reason we charged the amount for the same.3. We only switch off the beach lights after 12 am and not the room electricity. Even we are humans and understand we need electricity for stay and we didn’t switched off your room lights. Plus rest rooms were lit with electricity, we really don’t understand what made you feel we switched off your room lights.4. We provide all the facilities we have to our guests even we have one room booking. So the question of resort was less crowded and all doesn’t make sense.5. I appreciate that you understand Breakfast is always complimentary for any room booking and hence the menu is already fixed and not variable. We provided you with 2 options and still when you order something else it is always chargeable.6. Lastly, thank you for appreciating us and our resort. Speaking about service you may have had unfavourable experience and we feel sad about it but we were able to make your holiday a memorable one.7. Suggestion: kindly don’t make a decision for others, they can do it well for themselves.
