Good Stay
Food - Breakfast test is average. Some food is good. Location of property is excellent and convenient to reach from outside road. All playing items available at resort. Deluxe Rooms are very comfortable and cleaning is excellent by staff. Resort staff is very helpful.

Not very good experience
Overall experience was average. Food taste, cleanliness was average. Very less variety of food was available. Food was not served hot.

Good Stay
One of the better stay options at Murud beach, Dapoli justifying the price and the services offered by the hotel. the staff is very polite, hospitable and makes sure all your concerns are addressed at the earliest. the hotel is located just 2 to 3 mins walk from the Murud beach. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The hotel also has quite a decent amount of space for parking and garden area where you can walk around. Their restaurant serves very good food both veg and non veg. Worth every penny you spend here.

Good Stay
The stay at resort was good. Host was amazing with Housekeeping and restaurant manager. We arrived when painting work was going on but that's ok. The location is right next to the beach with delicious food. There is no swimming pool for which 1 star less and is upcoming.

Simply Awesome...... was great experience. Best stay with value for money. Beach touch resort with inhouse restaurant. Food experience was also great..Specially fish was too good.... Staff is humble and punctual. Resort location is easily reachable by road. Much space is available for parking. Best suitable resort for couple, family/group. Rooms are spacious with large Balcony. Free Wifi is available with excellent speed. Cleanliness is maintained. It was overwhelming stay experience. I want to suggest Ocean Breeze Resort to allow pets (It will be great thing for tourists). Property is located near to beach. The beach is hardly 200 meters from the hotel. Food was nice and tasty. Last 200-300 meters to hotel entrance is actually tricky and some one may get confused at night. It's on a sharp turn and a road which is a little steep. There was no mobile signal for Airtel jio and vodafone. Wifi signal was almost non existent in the property except in reception.

Average Stay
The best part is the location, literally 5mins walk to the beach. The staff was polite. The room and premises were clean. Just that the room walls especially the washroom walls were too old, there were seepage marks which i did not like. Faucets were too old to even touch. Did not org-anise the bonfire which they told. However the dining area and play area were with great ambience. Their inhouse kitchen delivered delicious food, really tasty. I did not like the coffee, the rest everything was amazing.

Excellent Stay
Hotel property is very beautiful. Location also nice rooms are also nice. There is a sea view from our room balcony. Resort is having kids play area near restaurant. We can walk and sit in the resort area in night also. Walkable distance to beach. We like taste of restaurant also. All restaurant staff is very polite and helpful. Overall very nice experience. Descent stay we had!
Property picture shown is old one, i suggest to update with the latest property picture. Food is very good. We had our breakfast lunch and dinner over there only. The beach is near to the hotel, we could go to the beach within 2-3 mins walk. Overall we had a descent stay there.

this was a bit unprofessional. not so bad, but you have to keep pushing to get things done. the gigly young caretaker was helpful. he directed me to a nice restaurant for dinner. if you can make yourself comfortable on the hardest mattress you can think of, it's fun. ample parking and good wifi. I watched the football world cup finals on my phone. exciting.
