We didn’t get hot water for bath on all 3 days property owner started using bad to me when I have asked for hot water. Also room does not have lock from inside no curtain for windows AC was not working power back up was taking long time to get it on really had bad experience they were not ready for basic services also and top of that using inappropriate language to me and my family don’t visit this property if you don’t want to get humiliate and bad bad bad service or in-fact zero service

1. Hot water was not there. 2. Washroom flush was not working. 3. Charged extra for breakfast as per policy breakfast was inclusive 4. In general 2 drinking bottle per room is given by hotel here no water is provided below average experience for 4500 per day room

Swimming pool was not advisable as it’s not clean. Food ok, room was average.

Firstly no one is their to pickup bags upto room. Rooms were dirty & untidy. Washroom were not clean. We told owner but she was not interested at all. Pathetic chai & coffee. No hot water. One of the worst hotel i have seen in my life upto date. Swimming pool was scam. Frogs were their in pool. Overall worst of worst.

It was worst experience stayinyin this resort, one of the night mare. We stayed here for 2nights, and the experience was horrible. No proper cleaness in the room, fans and ac not working. They repaired next day after complaint. No drinking water was offered in the room for both days. To add to this worst experience, we observed frogs in the washroom. Both the days we observed frog in the wash room. I was travel-ling with my family including 4 yrs daughter. It was horrible to find such species in you wash room. We found frogs, some time possibility is there that snake may also come in the rooms. The fear was such that no one used the washroom and we rented the washroom outside. As we already paid the rent for the room, we have no option other than to continue stay in the same resort. Also being the peak time of the year, no other rooms were available in the visinity. We paid 7000 inr for 2night stay in this resort. It was not worth even 1. As the area don't have any network coverage of any service provider other the bsnl, the only dependency is on the resort wifi. And not to surprise, what was also not working in the room. Even room intercom was not working, so at night no any provision to contact with any one of any emergency arises. So it was very bad experience

Property location. Easy to find using google map. Plea-sent stay. Super testy handmade authentic maharashtrian food cooked by owner herself. Very clean neat and hygienically maintained rooms and common premises. Cottage staff and owner make every support possible to make your stay safe, comfortable provided you like and enjoy basic grounded stay close to nature. Carry your swimming costume if you enjoy taking small dive. Limitations- 1) lack of helpers resources due to village hence be ready to self service your needs. 2) in room dining not permitted. Be prepared to come down for every meal, tea, coffee. Every-time you need to pre-book your meals and required quantity well in advance. At least 8 hr prior intimation to owner madam is mandatory should you wish to be served good yummy food. This practice is followed at majority of hotels in and around dapoli so don't walk away without placing your food order. Kindly place your food order in advance. 3) no hot water for bathing due to cold weather. Solar was not working fine for us. 4) last but not least- the door does not have any 2nd latch or any additional locking system except 1 steel kadi-koyanda. Suggest carrying your own additional lock.

Location of the property is really nice. Need to improve the quality of food. Hygiene and safety is good.

Foods in that property are delicious and perfectly safe. The staff was very good.

The bed side are very small the mattress was smelling very st-inching smell. Overall a lodge type property

Location was easy to find. It was on the main road

Location wise it is 10mins aways from beach but worth for stay. Children can play small lawn within property. Delicious food veg as well as non veg. Hygiene wise its okay. I will rate 6 out of 10 for hygiene.

Location was fine, no problem. Food was good. But the room was smaller than we were expected. It was not so clean. It can be recommended if they will improve the cleanliness.

The rooms are too small, there is no space left after bed so for 3 people in a room becomes chaos. The rooms were clean. But there was no telecom network connectivity, we managed with WiFi. The Cottage was well maintained. The garden was beautiful but it had frogs and insects there which shouldn't be there. The staff was courteous. They offered really tasty tea. They used there own tea leaves. They also had a dog.

The bar was mentioned in the food and drink section but it did not have a bar.
