Highly pathetic ,no clean rooms ,hotel was stinking , beds n washroom wasn’t at all clean,in the name of breakfast buffet they served only two items n they repeated the same breakfast both days...even there was no network

Good Stay
They waited for our check-in even at 12:30 AM, which was the best thing I loved. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Only hot water was missing, otherwise service and everything else was really good.

The room was spotless, well-designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities — including a comfortable bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a well-stocked minibar. The view from my window was an added bonus, offering a beautiful glimpse of the cityscape (or beach, mountains, etc.).

Poor Stay
we have been visiting this hotel since many years but this stay was pathetic as no cleanings, washroom was not clean, bad stink in room, no food facility. I will not opt to select this property for next time.

Terrible Stay
i am writting this letter due to inconvenience of treebo ss residency dapoli near ambavali so the the is we are facing hight blackout issue elctricity problem then our ac is not working , pool is dirty and no maintained nicely no toiletries provided and main reason to share this complaint is network not coming for calls and chief. Is on holiday son kitchen is non opperational for 2working days It was a work trip and we thought we will order food in the room . I request you kindly see forward this mail, cause my calling is not working. I need refund of my current booking from 8th of may and 9th of may charges may not to be cut because this problem from treebo Thanks for the co-operation plz check my mail and revert me as soon as possible because we needed a checkout from our hotel today which is 7th of may. Needed a full refund as you see this photo there is no network in my mobile screenshot and in washroom toiletries are not provided and last swimming pool which i saw today ac water was dripping in the pool .

Excellent Stay
The experience was very good. Staffs were very helpful as well as friendly. The room was very neat and clean as well as the facility provided was satisfying. Morning breakfast was also provided keeping in mind of the health of the tourists and the taste was very good

the hotel stay at ss residency Treebo dapoli was quiet good,but the saddest part was the swimming pool had muddy water comparatively other hotels and homestay had good pool water. during our stay there was no option for food as the restaurant was closed and they had a very limited option for breakfast which should have choices.overall experience was good,it's an road hotel with a very good view and even the staff was helpful.

Average hotel interior. I have been charged for premium room but got bed with 2 single beds connected, height is mattresses were also two singles not able to sleep like a couple. Not good at all.

Terrible Stay
Hotel is very old, bathroom is not good at all. bed is also not good. Breakfast they provide but with very limited options which is not good at all. There are plenty of hotels available at more affordable prices with better facilities. I had visited the previous treebo, but believe me this was the worst.

coupleWe are totally unsatisfied as we choose this hotel. The location is where no shops or restaurant to have lunch and dinner. First we have been told that restaurant is closed in this property ok the room we booked was not cleaned bedsheets were dirty the bathroom was not cleaned taps were broken there was no exaust fan there was a wooden sheet on the window of toilet which fall on my husband no choice for breakfast told us only misalpav we give that we are not ready and also no coffee to serve the basic requirement was lacking i will not suggest anyone to stay in this property it was horrible experience we spoiled our trip

Restaurant was not functional, only breakfast facility available, we had to go for lunch and dinner outside. Washroom were not clean and were stinking. Lift was not working properly.

We stayed for 2 nights property location is near to murud and harnai beach food is good there is no jio network in the area wifi is there in hotel, however we faced lot of issue as wifi was not there for almost half of our stay
