This property listed on MakeMyTrip is nothing like the photos shown. The actual stay is in terrible condition — walls covered in mold, a strong stinky wooden smell trapped inside the room, and dark, eerie corridors that look like a haunted house. It’s shocking that such a property is even listed on MMT. The place is completely unhygienic and unsafe, especially for families. I was traveling with a child, and staying here would definitely have made us sick. MakeMyTrip should seriously review and verify the properties they promote. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has shaken my trust in MMT.

Location is good, food is not available on the site, service is good but there are bed bugs 💀

Though the property is located in a beautiful sea facing place but not maintained well.. bedsheets pillows had strong damp smell and fungus on sofa and walls. No hotel near by except a 4 star hotel where even a cup of tea cost a bomb. In rain it was challenging to go to this hotel also. Hope this apartment had atleast basic amenities.

So I booked this place going by the ratings and reviews and will try to give an honest opinion. The property is absolutely lovely with spacious rooms, air-conditioning, terrace, and other basic amenities. The view of the hill and beach from the terrace is very captivating. Location is a bit of an issue since it is almost 7 KM from any nearby beach and there are not many restaurants or other places available in this stretch. This becomes important considering there is no in-house dining option available. If you're ok with that, do book the place. A few amenities inside could be added. Example is more board games, jenga, etc. maybe tea bags, sugar and coffee sachets would help as well. We had to drive all the way down for a morning cup of tea! Installing an Aquaguard would help as well. Price-wise I'd say it's moderately priced. If location isn't a hard bargain for you, definitely visit this.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was unclean, with stained sheets and a musty smell. The air conditioning barely worked, making it hard to sleep. The bathroom had poor drainage . No Service unresponsive to complaints. Overall, it didn’t meet basic expectations for comfort or hygiene. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. Definitely not worth the price charged.

Apartment was really clean and good. View from the apartment is amazing. Food places are little bit bar, but caretaker helped us to get the food delivered.

Hotel is good for stay. You get awesome sea view from balcony. The only missing thing was they don't have inhouse restaurant.

Excellent sea view. Spacious rooms and lavish interior. Outside lot of construction going on. 4 km away from beach and restaurant. Parcel facility is available.

Google location may take you to a bit different location balcony view is great rooms are good and clean services and security are bad no other networks works other than bsnl but they provide wi-fi will suggest for eating kindly prefer lemon tree if have budget

Amazing and a comfortable stay😊 with best sea view🌊 although food options are too far from the property but you wont be regretting that once you are here.

apartment and every thing is nice.. just issue is with road if you are coming with private vehicle you can book it and no sim has network in dapoli zero network ...
