The best view from balcony rooms were pretty clean and hygienic we loved the stay. Must visit place to hangout with friends and family for the best view.

property location is 5-6 km away from see on a hill , all amenities given were absolutely good neat and clean and nice service too.

services are not available , Too far from the beach and city. Food facilities are not available near by Rooms are too compact

Amazing place location found easily and amenities also good

Good experience the rooms are excellent. As mentioned in advt it's a awesome seaview missed expectations 1. We had come to enjoy the sea bath and were expecting the property to be walking distance from beach. However it's far away and couldnt enjoy the way in which we wanted to 2. There is no food facility. The expectation was to dip in sea, bath and enjoy food in the resort. However we had to drive 5 km from the hilly area at night and couldn't enjoy the relaxed way of dining. Not even morning tea and breakfast is available at the property 3. The rooms are excellent but the property premises is not maintained properly. Seems like a abandoned place. Perhaps each room has a different owner and no one cares about the common areas. Overall we couldn't enjoy the way we wanted, except for the rooms which were good and which could be found in any good hotel. They should clearly mention that it's not a beach resort. So people who want the beach experience will not book it.

Overall stay for 2 nights was good. It was in very neat and clean condition. And co operative staff was there. So our stay with seascape residency was very nice and we're totally satisfied. Thanks

The view from the room was good. Breakfast was available and dinner only on pre-order since it was arranged from outside. The restaurant is almost 4 kms away.

What a great location and best possible sea view. The apartment is well kept, has two ac bedrooms, small kitchen. It was clean and nice. The property is new. Best part is the view of sea and sea fort from the balcony. Great value for money.

Everything was excellent except the food service, as there is no food service available at the hotel and we need to go all the way down to get some food, there is only one restaurant near by this property and there is nothing much to eat and the quality is not that good, if they can provide food as well, the. I would have been rated this property 5 star.
