Property is located in front of beach. That's it that the USP. Service and Food is average. And Karade beach is extremely dirty do you cannot go into sea. Pool was nice. It's more like a serviced hostel than a resort.

The food quality was average, staff was fairly prompt to address complaints. Faced some issues with the AC that were not resolved during the stay even after complaining. Food quality was average, though a bit overpriced.

I recently visited your hotel Koknat. While I truly appreciated the good quality of the food, I was disappointed with several other aspects of the experience. The cleanliness was not up to previous standards, and the overall maintenance of the property seemed neglected. Additionally, the staff was not very responsive or courteous during our stay, which affected our comfort. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving the hygiene, maintenance, and staff training — as the food quality definitely deserves better surroundings and service.

The property was excellent, and the food was also good. The resort is situated exactly opposite the sea and we can get a beautiful sea view from the balcony of the room. Amenities were good and service was fast and appreciable. Only thing which I would suggest is that there should be an inverter in the resort that can help to get electricity backup during power cut off because when we had booked the room there was a power cut approx at 1.20 am due to which we couldn't sleep until the electricity was back. Rest everything is good in this resort.

The hotel location is just on karde beach and the rooms provide clear sea view. The property is spacious and well maintained. The management may consider bit renovation of rooms. The staff are very courteous and the service provided by them are quite remarkable. Extremely happy that we choose the right place.

Very clean and family friendly resort. Food quality is not bad but could be improved, specially breakfast. The view from the balcony is amazing.

Location of Hotel is perfect with Karde beach being just across the road. The staff behaviour is extremely polite and well mannered. The room size is considerably large with clean bathroom and instant hot water facility…total value for money. Food was also above expectations. Overall extremely satisfied with my recent visit in Dec’23.

We stayed at deluxe sea view room for 2 nights and i must say that the 5 things which every traveler wants is fulfilled here. Hygienic 10/10 ; food 8/10 ; staff and service 8/10 ; priceless sea view 9/10 ; value for money 7. 5/10 ; i can definitely recommend this hotel as it is a bit cheaper than the rest of the lined-up hotels at karde beach.

Hotel is located just about south west side of the karde beach. Super delux rooms are mostly having sea view balconies with zero obstruction. But if you choose delux rooms then i noticed only few rooms are having good sea view facilities. Property is having large open space for walk around with very good light decoration in evening. They have ample of parking spaces and mostly all kind of entertainment facility. Very good for a large office groups. Food: they have buffet options available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can include this option during bookings. We booked room with meal and we ordered fish thali as complimentary meal. Tasts are good, but can be better compared to the other local resturents. Hospitality, promptness and staff behaviours are praiseworthy

I liked their food. Food was delicious and staff was very polite and friendly. Their service was quick. I will strongly recommend this resort.

it was a lovely stay at sagar raj resort. staff was best in action. snacks and food was good and we loved it.

Sagar raj beach resort is nice stay at karde beach dapoli, food quality was excellent. Room cleanliness and service was also good. There are few improvement area's which will make this resort much better. Best part was safe car parking. All rooms here are sea facing and you can relax in your balcony and have a perfect sea view. Nice to visit place.

Complimentary breakfast had variety and was very tasty, food is also served in huts which gives a different experience. Ample parking space. Children enjoy it a lot since they had carom board, chess board, cards, rain dance floor, badminton etc.
