I recently visited your hotel Koknat. While I truly appreciated the good quality of the food, I was disappointed with several other aspects of the experience.
The cleanliness was not up to previous standards, and the overall maintenance of the property seemed neglected. Additionally, the staff was not very responsive or courteous during our stay, which affected our comfort.
I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving the hygiene, maintenance, and staff training — as the food quality definitely deserves better surroundings and service.
