Hotel Golden Heritage Dapoli

Food taste is average but food management is bad...No proper display at buffet breakfast..We have to ask for 4-5 times for each n every item..No water was there..Have asked for water 8 times then we got water.. Rooms are good but balcony should be there so that you can let window open even in rain and your rooms humidity reduced but here no any such balcony and window is also useless in rain.. Bathroom also compact in size.. We have been allowed rooms as soon as we booked with room numbers and we have asked for early check in around 12 pm which was also accepted..But when we reached Hotel around 2.30 pm still we have to wait for our allotted rooms for cleaning even when that rooms were not occupied by others..This is not done..We have to wait till 3.30 for 2 rooms out of total 3..This was really disappointing..

Hotel is okay. Food is nice. Overpriced. Not worth of 5.5k

When i checked in yesterday, dated 22 november 24, the room was alloted, which was not pure cleaned. As there were urine stains on the toilet seat. There were hair strands on the bed n the floor all over. Later was shifted to other room. Where u had kittle for making coffee but no necessary ingredients, mainly cup n spoon was also not placed. In washroom only 2 small soaps were there n nothing else. A lot to say on the experience
