All ok but location was quite difficult to find location. But that's happened in new city all staff r very well and good behavior. About room its quite small as well as bathroom oh m its very small very very i can't move properly. Thank you very much

This hotel charge me for water gave me a room with a charging plug are which is damage and can cause a life of a person if not fixed and toilet water is dripping in the bath room I ordered a chicken roll but these people gave me paneer roll and still tells me that I have to eat that and will be charge for that only which is the same price -/100 and I had to fight for their mistakes The room that the provided me was not up to the mark as their charging price other hotels are far more better and provides best service but still we stayed there because we have paid already and I am not happy with that small hotel at all They don’t provide free tea or coffee The staff was sleeping at night for his night duty and I just went to asked him for help but that guy just rudely told me we cant do anything not as he was angry because I disturbed him. It’s his job why would he act like I’m staying for free lol This is one of the worst experience hotel I’ve stayed in. I would recommend people not to visit this place at all

Totally un hygienic bathroom and rooms. Wrong location. Horrible road to approach the property. No food service. Even don't provide morning tea after repeated request. My suggestion is to MMT to remove this property from your platform.

we have stayed in this hotel for 3 days and it was fabulous .will recommend to the couples who are looking forward to staying in hotels

it's was good and staff was friendly. Property was clean and good easy access and easy check in staff will be available at night.

Photos shown in the hotel's profile are very misleading. Overall space was very small but the most concerning part was the washroom. It was a combined bathroom and toilet, and there is not even enough space for one person to stand properly. Additionally, the floor of the room was very sticky. The hotel staff were well polite and well mannered but the stay itself was not comfortable. The room was different than what was shown in the pictures. It was too small. There was not even enough space for one person in the bathroom. The bedroom floor was sticky. Overall, cleanliness could be improved. The staff were polite, but the stay as whole was below average. Additionally, in the app, checkout time was mentioned as 12 PM, but the staff told it was 11:30 AM. The pictures or facts mentioned in the hotel's profile do not actually match the room in person. The only plus point was that the bed was large and could easily accommodate 3 adults

The room was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable. Modern décor, fresh linens, and all essential amenities made for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

There was no hot-water available and when water was ask it was brought in a very dirty bucket. The bathroom was not kept clean and copwebs are also found

Property is a bit in the interior of the city but the staff is very helpful. But most of the rooms needs to get refurbished

Rooms are decent.And the receptionist were very rude and impolite. But the working staffs were kind and good. I asked for a towel 3 times in the reception and they didn’t respond at all, and told me to go in our room and wait ,but there was no respond everytime I asked for it. So overall experience I would say .. Average !!! Rooms with balcony are good though
