The location was very good, staffs were polite, room was also clean. Overall it was amazing

Room and toilet cleanliness is average but hotel location is good and hotel staff behavior is good

Location is good but the staff are not punctuality. All are average and rooms are smail. Staffs are good

The food and cleanliness of the hotel are below average, but the service is good.

The hotel is not as mentioned. They didn't provide basic emminities like soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, combo, shampoo. Even the sheets and comforter is not clean. By asking they give one soap. Location is good but not satisfied. No photos taken

Ok. The hotel staff, hotel cleaness was good

1. The geyser was not working. 2. From morning, water was not available. 3. No one received the call at the reception. 4. Food was not good. Rice was almost raw (half boiled) 5. Did not face such the worst situation ever
