Location was prime near by to shopping areas I found bed bugs in my room no 23 and phone service was in room every time I went to reception

Check in and Check out process was smooth.Rooms and washrooms are clean. Can't say about the the other rooms but the non Ac room where we stayed didn't have any windows. So it was quite stuffy. Will not be able to survive in such rooms during peak summer

I book two rooms for 6 persons they were only ready to accommodate four of them . rooms were too small . room services to slow . No options were given in breakfast overall a very poor experience

The bathroom was not good. The geyser and room key were not working properly. There was no mat in the room, and they kept used linen in the room. Additionally, they didn't even provide water, not even one bottle was complementary. Overall, it was an average experience.

Everything was good but the room service is horrible. Need to upgrade room service!!

I had to call twice because of the receptionist was making mistakes to check the check in details had to wait for an hour amd then the room was terrible small dull and not cleaned over it wasn’t good

Everything is fine nd okay. Washroom is quite clean. 24/7 services are available.You get food at reasonable rate. Staffs are good and helpful. I think this is the best at this rate. Thankyou👍🏻

everything was upto the mark, except for one thing- the pillows and the blanket were too dirty. otherwise happy with the stay make sure to provide clean pillows and blankets..
