Location is good. staff are good. Room size is big enough. AC is work good. I request to owner kindly Install regulator of ceiling fan.

The room was clean, decent size with an attached balcony. The hotel staff were cooperative.

Every-time i came to assam for my ph. D work i stayed at this hotel. This hotel's location is very good, the staff are very polite, humble and helpful. The rooms are clean and food is also goid.

The stay have a very unhygienic washrooms. Mattress creates a squishy sound. Wifi speed is very poor

Nice place to stay, the rooms are clean and the staffs have welcoming gesture. The also have a mall, cinema hall so a nice place to hang out when filled bored.

Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Even though i reached a few hours early, the staff were kind enough to let me check in early at no extra cost. Clean and fresh linen was provided. Ac, tv and geyser working fine. Not too many options for in-room dining but there are a lot of options around the place and can also order online if you wish. Breakfast was provided on time as requested and check-out process was smooth too. All in all, a good experience. Very much recommended.

To start with rooms are full of mosquitoes, as there are few holes in room. water is not available 24×7 . improper service mentality. For a prebooked breakfast need to beg in front of them literally.

Location is good but rooms are not well maintained and unhygienic washroom conditions. No laundry was available. Room service was also not satisfied, the towels and bedding not changed regularly

The place is really good. The air conditioner works fine. There is breakfast, and dinner facillity but it is optional. The workers and the manager are really friendly and welcoming, and always greets with a smile. This is my third time staying in this hotel, and every-time i am pleased with the hotel services.

They have good stuff, rooms are nice but not super clean, tv had all channels subscribed so that is a plus. It's an average stay. We had to pay around 1400 per day including all tax related payments. Could expect a bit more space and cleanliness

stay was quite average the process and the counter boy is a bit slow and the their behaviour i don't like it.
