Never stay in this guesthouse it is smell, unsafe and pathetic

the room were terrible it was nothing as shown in the pictureโฆthe sheets were dirty and worn out the rooms had molds on the walls and most importantly the room given to me was just next to their living area which was used to eat, watch tv and a common area for the house. there was always some one present outside hanging out , watching tv and it felt very uncomfortable as there was no room for privacy staying there.

Nice and comfort
I was staying in one of the hotel of the same owner but their the fan was not working properly. When i complaint this to the manager he immediately shifted me to another nearby hotelof the same owner. This shift was hassle free. My stay in this hotel was nice and comfortable, the staff was cordial

Not properly clean and lack of breakfast facility despite taking the charge
Little bit of lack of communication with the staff, quality of the room under satisfactory. toilet not so clean.

Average Stay
businessThe property can be said as average in terms of look and beauty. Good for solo travellers but may not be ideal for business travells. There were mosquito in the room. Both housekeeper and owner were really good and treat the guests well.

familyToilet/washroom was a bit dirty. Blanket was dirty. Immediately asked caretaker to provide cover for blanket which he provided. When booking is done for 3 pax, why only one towel is provided. By default they should provide 3 towels. Rest all okay.

The room is too small the toilet and bathroom are outside and very dirty the place is not well maintained had a bad experience

Dear Sir..Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. Based on mentioned review I want to describe the entire experience had with you on the evening of 7th Nov. Sir, u had booked our NON AC Single Room with common shared bathroom, all the room category details are clearly mentioned on the booking portal and post booking u had checked in to our guesthouse at around 7pm. Also we have shown u our both the rooms in the same category ( 104 & 105 ) and later on u have checked in to our 104 room. Sir itโs my humble request to you that in-spite of writing a negative review u should had denied to check-in and cancel the booking. Anyways, we will be glad to host u again in near future ๐
