Good hotel for stay. staff behaviour is good and helpful nature. I'm totally satisfied with their service.

The hotel properties are very good,nice and pretty too.But the food were a little bit expensive and there's not much to choose from the menu for people who don't like massalah and spicy food.But all in all the environment was good while we stayed there.

it was an overall good experience, staff was supportive and the food quality was also good.

Hotel is on the main road,near the market,the room is big and properly cleaned.

The food and location was very good. But some utensils were very dirty. Overall I am satisfied with the Hotel and it's staff. The staff were very helpful.

The property location was nice, some food on the menu was too costly. Amenities and services was good. Bu, they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrush.

Ambiance of the hotel is not very good . The bedsheet in the room is not clean and mattress is the best quality.

I personally don't have any issues over the food and the facilities, but about the discipline matter, I had a bad experience as there were loud fights at the reception area around 3 in the morning where everyone was sleeping peaceful.such kind of matters should be taken care by the authorities and on top of that their is no safety gate plus security guard.

Not good facility

Hotel was good food was also good it was nice stay staff was also nice,....

Came Guwahati to give my exam and we stayed here, the hotel ambiance was good, the room was clean- including washroom. We liked the stay. Even the front desk staff was nice. Came from Sikkim- will surely stay in this hotel next time too.

Location of the hotel was not that good.The amenities provided at the hotel was not upto the standard. When we checked in, we found that the bed linens were dirty.These were changed after complaining at the reception. Sudden sortage of water supply in the bathroom and it was also rectified after reporting about it.The AC remote provided in the room was defective.Found broken hangers inside the room cupboards.

It’s a good property for staying during official or family trips. The rooms are clean. The location is prime.
