Horrible stay in this property
The ac of this room was not functional and no towels were provided. The behaviour of the owner was rowdy and un ethical in nature. No food or breakfast was provided but they said food was available. It was a nightmare stay here with my family and i recommend anyone to come to this property. They are here to harass people and dominate customer with no facilities. They are cheaters and thieves of modern society.

Dear Kartick, it's very disheartening to read this review after clarifying everything during your stay with us. You had booked a "Room only, non AC room" that neither includes an AC nor does it include breakfast (please check your reservation voucher again. We provide all amenities as per the booking that guests pay for and under no circumstance would we harass anyone. We strive to get better everyday with constructive feedback and hope we get a chance to serve you again in the future.
Terrible Stay
Vandana hotel refund my money back. This man from paltan bazar harassed us. We contact your customer care they don't react. I paid 684 rupees for 3hrs due to check out policy 12pm to 11am in exotica villa and tranqville but they cheated us don't give any room. If sovel the problem quickly otherwise i will l go to consumer court. I just called him. But don't give any refund. You behaving like this where should we go. Why. You. Not resolved

Excellent Stay
It was a nice stay room was need and clean and pillow blanket everything was good. Specially caretaker was nice. And overall it was a nice stay. If u have car parking also available there

coupleLocation is perfect as nearby are food joints and even nearby is bike rental condition of rood is bit old and ac don't work.

Poor experience
Washroom was so dirty, faucet dripping all the time. Doormat so dirty. Room was on the ground floor with constant construction noise nearby. It was very disturbing.

The washrooms are throughly cleaned before every check-in and what you may be referring to as dirty could be water marks. We have an on call plumber and could have fixed the issue of the leaking faucet had we been informed. The construction noise is unwanted but beyond our control. Poor Stay
My first impression: location was fine but as soon as i entered the garbage can was all filled with tissue and stains small clothes. Bathroom was dirty. Mosquitoes were there and the pillow cover had stains. The bed cover was dirty as well and the blanket was small. However the staff was polite and that later helped me by emptying the dustbin and giving an extra blanket.

My stay was nice. I have been there for twice. Both of my trip was for my official work. The staff members behaviour is surprisingly good.

Cordial host but need to focus on cleanliness
The host was cordial. Breakfast was served at 8:00. However, the toilet was dirty, and the sheets, towel were not too clean. If the host improve the cleanliness, he could get better ratings. Moreover, there were youngsters partying the whole night in the building. Therefore, i could not sleep the whole night

Dirty and no management at all. Had to buy everything on my own. They just provided a towel and the room and bathroom was so dirty had to clean myself and dustbins as well. The ac was also not working.

Overall it was good.
familyGood, gaurav the care taker was nice and prompt. Linens could have been better. Overall it was nice. Will definitely stay in future as well.

No free breakfast was included. Although the room and bed was spacious. Pro advice to the two dadas working there : please wash the towel, bedsheets, blankets and pillow covers and also include breakfast for free! thank you to the shy dadas.

My stay at tranqville
The location was on spot, you can get here by hiring a cab or even using a local transport ie, bus, auto etc, hospitality is good, the care taker is polite & well mannered, the rooms are good to just a little bit of emphasis should be given to the cleanliness of the rooms, toilet, wardrobe and the lilen provided, over all i would suggest this homestay to everyone eho is looking for a budget travel with good experience
