We are experienced unmemorable. And property is amazing, clean. Ambience also great, staff also good

Room had coackroach'es and smelled bad, One geyser was not functional and fan not working. when we complained to owner, he was rude and asked to vacate the place. this was really disappointing and never expected such experience vis Makemy trip. support was neither provided well... with the money we spent we could have booked somewhere really nice... stay was normal but apart from the above said reason, space was ok. Good for family to cook n stay

Like a complete home feelings with all facilities, we enjoyed with family, clen ll and big rooms. Everything is excellent.

1. Commode water supply dysfunctional. 2. Sofa was broken 3. Brown colour bedsheets are not preferred 4. Uncleaned/unhygienic lobby

Stay was good but pool was dirty and was not in condition to use. Other wise daily cleaning was given with parking and descent rooms. Hall ac was not working properly

It was very near to all the beaches, owner was very helful and cleanliness of the apartment was very very good.

The house was nice, clean and spacious in a gated posh society. All amenities mentioned on mm t are available in property. As the property is near candolim beach, a place is very happening with nearby markets and beaches. Food is readily available in market.

The property is in a good location, very near to candolim beach and calangute aguada road, hence providing excellent connectivity. Very well maintained flat with ample space for sleeping for around 8-9 guests. Highly recommended for families. The host mr. Amit has provided outstanding hospitality and helped us with all the requirements with prompt response including arrangements of transport.

The property was very nice, clean and located in very piece fully place in north goa with all the necessities amenities. We stayed here two night and three days as a home filling. The owner and all staff was very helpful and friendly with us.

The location was effortlessly accessible, the apartment was exceptionally well-maintained and spotlessly clean. All the amenities were in perfect working order. Amit, the owner, was exceedingly helpful and maintained constant communication with us throughout our three-day stay.

Awesome stay at the property with very helpful host amit ji. No problem was encountered at all during the stay. Very highly recommended.

First two days ac is not working of one room second room ac is need a service aftern 4 days in 7 days stay ac is repair after many calls wifi down many times over all not a gud experience

The place is called uber cool. It doesn’t show in google maps. So, when you actually get there you’re not sure if you’ve reached. The caretaker did not take our calls and we waited nearly an hour wondering if we’d reached the right place or not. Makemytrip is no help in such situations. Finally, after much waiting and follow up with the guards at the gate, the caretaker’s son appeared and showed us the room. A very average apartment with basic facilities. I felt it’s overpriced. The hygiene inside the apartment is nothing to talk about. There were small red ants on the bed. Not visible but biting all through the night. Check out procedure was complicated too. There’s no tea or coffee available anywhere. All in all it’s just a make do kind of a place.
