The location is good, not close to any beach though if that's what you're looking for. The apartment was good the only thing that troubled me was a disagreement on a miscommunication from their end for which they kept messaging me in the two days stay I had with them. The entire two days I had to talk to three people regarding this. In the end, when they realized I wouldn't budge, they emailed MMT regarding this and I had a civil conversation with the agent who understood it was a miss from the management. The messages from the management including people directly saying to me when are you coming to hotel, we are coming there which was on the border lines for harassment.

Thank you very much for staying with us at amber gardens. What we need to clarify is ms. Aditi asked us to arrange a taxi from the airport which was done where both the driver and the guest was provided each others numbers to coordinate as it was late night pickup. When she was dropped at our place she refused to pay the driver and the driver started to ask us for the money which we told him that the arrangement was between him and the guest. We also told him to follow up with her as it was not a free service from the hotel (which was informed earlier to both persons also. We charge rs. 2000 per night for one night stay and the taxi charges are itself rs. 2000 for pickup. So its we cant provide anyone free taxi pickup with this room rent per night. Finally she checked out without paying the taxi person and at the end we had to pay the taxi person from ourside being no fault of us.
