Hotel ambience is nice, staff was very kind and welcoming. Room was big neat and clean, breakfast had verity and test fantastic, dining service was fast and food tests very good. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Would like to revisit again.

pathetic condition
No hot water was their for bathing no proper IRd services not even Staff is trained neither and even their was no clearance done from outside of the room till morning very pathetic services we paid 5000 just to give ourself pain with an child

Firstly the staff is good irrespective of the door man or the cleaning staff all were very professional and very humble. Food is amazing here and the restaurant facility is very pleasant. Hygiene is very well maintained here.

extremely hostile staff. not recommended
Hi, as a solo female traveler i dint feel comfortable at this property. I had requested an early check in as i wasn’t feeling well. The guy at the counter made me pay 1000/- for checking in one hour earlier than 10am: as per their policy, they allow an early check in free of cost post 10am. He assured me i could in return have a complimentary breakfast. To my surprise on check out i was handed a bill for the breakfast. Also one night i ordered something and since it was late i requested the front desk to have it delivered to my room. They outright refused and i literally had to beg them to help me since i was running a fever. All in all a very poor show.

Since breakfast was not part of your booking package, the charges for the same were reflected in your bill. We were, however, pleased to upgrade your booking from a twin bed room to a king-size room at no extra cost to ensure greater comfort during your stay. We are truly sorry if at any point you felt uncomfortable. Please be assured that your feedback has been taken very seriously and shared with our team to improve the guest experience going forward. Honest Review Good things: Clean Room and Toilet, Parking space is decent, safe for family and couples Issues: Intially they were not there but later Ants were there near bed and near coffee and tea sachets. Overall Rating : 4/5

Perfect Stay
Had a wonderful stay at Tulip. This hotel is Rebranded before it was Shappire and I can say this place is worthy for this price. Quick service from Housekeeping and IRD. Reception staff is helpful as well, clean rooms , friendly staff . Very well done guys , keep it up.
