No food service Location okay Very old building

The location of this property was good as it was walkable distance from the market place. I was impressed by their service especially kudos to the care taker Vishnu as he was available almost all the time we called. I find the price quite competitive for the room they have offered us. Just a couple of suggestions, to have a screen covering the balcony door and to have switches with socket beside the bed side table. Also kudos for keeping bible in the bed side table. They also suggested us shops to buy things from the nearby place. I will definitely come back to stay in this place again when I visit Kotagiri again.

the location is ideal, very close to kothagiri town centre. good restaurants within 200 mts walk. town centre and market at just 0.5 km . the resort will manage dining needs if informed in advance. ample parking space for 5 or 6 vehicles. the staff were well behaved and prompt in guiding us for a meaningful trip to the nilgris. I was bit tired after two day drive . the resort manager was quick enough to arrange for me a good driver for sightseeing and he further made us giggle with quick wits ... for a family of 3 people ideal to stay for a day or two without any inconvenience.

Location is easily accessible. Near the main road in the heart of the town. Clean spacious rooms.No service. Food is not available. Thanks to some good restaurants in the vicinity.

Trilan cottages are located conveniently closer to good vegetarian restaurants, convenience stores and other shops. The property is very well maintained and the staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and neatly made, with clean bathrooms. They took care of our driver’s accommodation as well. Their service was very good as well. They have enough parking space to cater to guests of all their rooms. Overall, good value for money and the stay was pleasant

Lovely stay! clean and tidy room. The bathroom was kept clean and dry. Conveniently location in kotagiri town. I was able to park my car in the property itself. Actually, i really liked this place. Will definitely come back visiting soon.
