Room provided was deluxe but the booking and payment was done for premium room. I think there should be refund of the difference.

A good place right on the shores of Narmada river. Comfortable, clean and decent room. Need little more arrangment at the reception and adjoining areas.

The property is located at the best possible place along the banks of mighty Narbada. The ambience, service and food are of top quality. In my opinion ,there cannot be a better place to stay at Narbadapuram whether on official or on personal tour.

Property is good,food is good location view is good but location is little congested area for big car little bit problem. Others good.

Not happy with the food they provided. They give only south india food in breakfast. No any variety of food in the morning breakfast.

Basic amenities were lacking. The kettle was not working. Landline phone had no cord attached to it. No one at the reception to attention our request in the morning around 5.

The property location is good. Food is very nice, There are all basic amenities available. Service is a little bit slow whether it is room service or restaurant service. In a small town like Hoshangabad where you don't have options to choose from. This is the only good option available there

The staff was super professional. We informed that we will be arriving around 11pm when the restaurant is closed. They took our order and kept food ready with us including a couple of waiters to serve us when we reached. The location is awesome and so are the views. The pool on rooftop was lovely but as it was raining we could not use the same. We had requested for a late checkout as we reached only at 11pm the previous night which was denied. Would have loved to spend a couple more hours after our work was done to relax and use the pool which we could not do

The stay was good. Though i expected a bit more in terms of the location and cleanliness of the surrounding. Given the fact that the place is situated at the narmada bank, it was obvious. The food was mostly good. The response of the staff was courteous and prompt. The only catch was there have been visits by a mouse or two. Of course that did not disturb much but i guess that will taken care of.

I stayed at this property for two nights and three days from. 7. 5. 2024 to 9. 5. 2024 on family trip to narmada river pushkaraalu and room is very clean and beautiful, nice river view and walkable to famous sethanighat. The staff are very nice and room service is excellent. The property is having restaurant and food items are tasty but prices are somewhat expensive.

My driver was not slept properly due to large number of mosquitoes and insects has bitten him. Other facilities are well.
