Excellent Stay
Very comfortable and pleasant stay, the service was good and professional. Mr. Chandru took care of the stay and made us feel comfortable. Highly recommend this place

best stay we had
it was fabulous,very peaceful and lively. the atmosphere is friendly. the rooms and food were amazing , staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a amazing stay in Mid valley hotel

It was a nice place but staff behavior is not good We paid a lot they didn't even give proper food ...after paying We didn't even get a single vada extra Overall very bad experience abt the cost n facilities

Terrible Stay
1. The bed linen had stain marks 2. No food available within the stay premises. 3. No welcome kits available as mentioned in the description of the property. 4. The play area was filled with wet towels drying on gym equipments. 5. No cleanliness in the side tables of the bed 6. very tiny pool 7. No tea/coffee available on request. we get that ready made sachets. 8. No support in helping us get food arranged. 9. No mobile network zone. The pictures of the property while booking lure people and make them think WoW... but in reality it's the other way around.

Nice Stay, Friendly Staff
The stay was good. Nice and neat room. Walkable from the Lake. Great support from Mr.Chandru. He is verymuch approachable and friendly. Looking forward to stay in future too.

Poor Stay
There is no restaurant, so we had to go out for food every time. The room also does not look like the pictures, the balcony view is terrible, and there is no proper room service...we were really frustrated.

no a good experience. property not maintained properly. and AC , TV doesn't work properly. Balcony doors are broken . and it felt unsafe . the picture of the place and the reality doesn't match . and it is not worth the money .

Average Stay
It was not up to our expectations. We booked a 2 bed family room for 4 including couple of children. Space was located very much isolated from the main property and pathway to the rooms made the experience bad to start with. There were couple of staffs and they had attended us well. But it looks like facility needs a lot of improvement.

Good Stay
This is my first yelagiri trip, i really worried about rooms then i booked room at Treebo Midvalley Residence.. seriously rooms are very neat and clean and then receptionist are very kind responsible person!!! then location also really good, it's a near to yelagiri police station but one request to the hotel Please give me car parking inside the hotel compound at least night time

Everything was good but i have some suggestions to improve for the future 1. Kindly provide breakfast on time 2. Washroom need to be updated because washroom mirror was broken and also flush button broken and most the bathroom commodities were rusted. 3. Play room and gym room need to be cleaned and repaired.

Hospitable, well mannered staff. Lacks amenities and services
soloThe property is located on the main road right as we enter Yalgiri. It is close to the main market. It is not a very scenic location but is well connected. It doesn't have it's own kitchen, even breakfast is procured from an outside shop which usually results in delays. They don't do room service everyday. So, the property is pretty short on amenities. However, the staff is pretty hospitable and well mannered. They arranged for most of our needs as required. This is what made the stay good else would have been disappointing.

Receptionist person attitude was very bad. There is another person called rahul and he was excellent. Becoz of that employee, the entrie stay was not good. Please have some one who can speak tamil language and good english. They are not able to understand us.

Room was ok, but ambience was unhealthy
soloRoom was ok, but due to some maintenance work, ambience was unhealthy. Intercom was not working. Towel had stains. Person at the reception was rude when i asked for a room change after pointing out some problems in the room that was shown first. Later, he accepted to change the room.

Excellent Stay
5. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
