Worst experience. Please avoid this hotel at any cost. Rooms near bus stands are far better than this shit property run by unethical people.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the essential amenities. The property's peaceful location was a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. We were impressed by the spacious grounds, which featured a play park for kids and a swimming pool. The food was satisfactory, but the coffee was truly exceptional. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway Changes made: - Changed "pleasant" to "wonderful" to make the tone more enthusiastic. - Corrected grammatical errors ("rooms was" -> "rooms were", "asses" -> "all the essential", "loacated" -> "located", etc.). - Added more descriptive language ("well-equipped", "peaceful location", "spacious grounds", "perfect retreat"). - Changed the sentence structure to improve clarity and flow. - Added a concluding sentence to summarize the recommendation.

The resort hospitality was very good and we were welcomed well. Excellent room service and they are very considerate and ensured our stay was comfortable. The location is good and we enjoyed the breakfast as well. Overall great service and top quality hospitality standard.

Pros: Place was neat and Clean, spacious and calm with nature. Helpful Staffs. Cons: Swimming pool not in working condition. Paying 4k for a single day atleast to experience swimming pool, when its not working money waste. Instead could have book a normal hotel without pool for 2k.paid 12k for 3 days without pool makes no sense. Complimentary breakfast also very limited options,tastes good. Overall okay, but not worthy. Faced WiFi issues, Lift sometimes not working when required.

The suite rooms are spacious, with great Mountain View. The property is huge & has ample space to play outdoor. However, they didn’t provide dinner service which caused a bit issue to fetch food from outside (around 2km away). Additionally, the pool was not cleaned even in our 3 days stay.

Rooms and bathroom are clean and good. The amenities are average. Swimming pool is average quality with no changing room or sitting area near the pool. The food taste is good but have limited options. The breakfast spread is average. The price is slightly higher and the portions are less. Overall an average place to stay considering the price if you have no other choice left

We had a visit to this property last weekend. Here are few pros and cons based on our experience. Pros: 1. The rooms(executive) are quite spacious 2. The view from the rooms(we had 312 315 rooms booked) is really nice. 3. The property is quite large 4. All the sightseeing places are mostly nearby Cons: There are many 1. The road(approx 300m) towards the hotel is not constructed. 2. One of the room had a small bed(it was double bed. Not even queen bed). 3. Lift most of the time was not working . We had rooms on 2nd floor and many times we had to use stairs to go up and down carrying our infants in lap. It was pathetic 4. Food prices were on higher side. Taste wise not good as well. One day we ordered chilly chicken and noodles . The chickens were very hard. Breakfast buffet items were good in taste though 5. They don't have any option to order anything for lunch. They only accommodate dinner. 6. They have children play area. Many of those were not clean. 7. Usually all hotels allow 1 kid complementary. My friends kid was of 5years age. But since the bed was small, they charged extra 500 to provide a mattress. We felt it really ridiculous. 8. They claim that their swimming pool is rhe biggest in yelagiri. This may be true. But it makes no sense if you don't maintain it at all. There were dirts, flies all over the swimming pool. Once we used it and immediately we felt itchiness all over our body. 9. Housekeeping was not done properly.our used plates were kept outside the room entrance door. Nobody came to clean and collect those for more than 24hours.

this was a wonderful experience during the resort stay, good location, neat and clean room, good breakfast, staff are so friendly, night time camp fire it's too good and neat and clean swimming pool.

Nature's trail is a very good property, neat and clean. Staffs are really polite. Food is really good, just like home made.

location is excellent, food is okay, limited options and okayish taste, staff is so humble & helpful, executive room bed size is very small not fit for 6 feet long person.

Entire stay was not satisfactory and comfortable. They have to improve several things in future.

The property provides the best view in yelagiri. Never felt we aren't in a smaller hill station as the view was great. Suite room is quite big and newly painted and clean. Service (specially restaurant) needs serious improvements. They say no to everything. You have to p reorder (by 6pm) if you want anything from this restaurant even tea / milk.

Suite room experience compared to the stay in executive with balcony is a somewhat bitter experience since the house keeping was pathetic.

Fantastic stay at natures trial, yelagiri. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere with good food. Enjoyed music with bonfire.

It was an average stay, lunch wasn't available. Pre-booking is required for food. But food was good. Not much varieties in the breakfast.

The stay was comfortable, staffs were very friendly & food felt like home food. Overall it was very pleasant get away experience!

Feel happy and very good stay. In balcony view amazing. Over all hospitality and foods are good. Swimming pool is awesome

Nature's Trail Yelagiri resort is a great place to stay with its big swimming pool and fantastic food. I think this is the largest pool I have seen in yelagiri. They have large suite rooms at an economical price. The rooms also have a stunning valley view which is truly a treat. The calm surroundings make for a peaceful stay. They have their own trekking region which was a delightful adventure. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!
