Beautiful property with tidy pretty looking rooms. However, they need to improve their services. The front office needs to be more courteous, housekeeping more responsive and in room dining/ restaurant need more food options. The indoor games was not available during the stay. The swimming pool water was not very clean. Overall, you will enjoy the structure and ambience of the place but services needs an uplift.

The stay is nothing short of a cinematic experience. Every side you turn your camera it is picture perfect. The access to the resort is a bit tricky. Food is good. Amenities like play area and pool for kids are good. All they lack is Service. Information even after requesting doesn’t reach you at all. No towels were provided in room. There is some sort of lag and lethargic attitude from staff.

The place was so good we cherished a lot . We went as a group of 15 and everyone liked the ambience the place gave . One thing was disappointing is room service has to improve they are pretty slow in servicing . For this much price the service has to be taken care . Please improve that otherwise if was fine . Restaurant dine in was also good .

The palace is very neat & clean for a stay and it's something like Musium, too many photoshoot places and evening light atmosphere The Palace view is awesome. The only basic need is missing like Sanitary & Kid medicine, because the location is not accessible to the city. The food is tasty and the rates are average.

Well maintained spacious and exquisite place. Only the route to reach the property is very narrow and not enough board kept to show the place ...menu is also limited... And room service housekeeping are not fast enough. Rest it's a beautiful well maintained property...had an awesome time and stay

Except for road leading to the resort which most of the drivers feel difficult and the food delivery time to table is very poor. Amenities and location are all good

It was a great place to stay. Beautifully decorated like a Palace. Every corner is full of artifacts and paintings and the room was spacious. The only flip side was that check in time is 2.00 pm.That's too weird. Food was average and a bit expensive too.

Stay in Thanga Kottai was memorable, room was neat and cleaned, staff was very cool, calm and supportive. I had breakfast there and it was also good. Place is nice to stay, surrounding hills, play area for kids and many more. Overall it was nice stay.

Had a great stay at A R Thangakottai. Service was good and rooms are excellent. The highlight is the overall ambience and extra activities available in the Hotel.
