Property infrastructure is excellent. However, restaurant need bit improvement in taste and services.

Property location is very interior, Buffet food was not there during our stay, it would have been better if Buffet dinner was served. Service is good.

My stay at AR Thanga Kottai was truly wonderful. The property is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and traditional charm. Very bad hospitality. Bathrooms were not properly cleaned . Urine smell . Even after complaining , no one came to clean . Had to fight with them to get the bathroom cleaned . At restaurant service is very slow

Decent stay! Room cleanliness and food needs to be majorly improved. It was a big minus. Accessibility to the resort is not great. If you’re going in the rainy season, you may get stuck in the mud roads.

The Stay was good, road leading to Hotel is slightly treacherous and quite narrow. Food quality is 4 out of 5. But order takes 35-40 mins to come, breakfast is again 4 out of 5 . Hospitality wise they are decent. Overall they are 4 out of 5.

I stayed with my family, and my kids had a great time. The experience was wonderful, and the location had a lovely atmosphere.

My overall stay at the hotel was average. The room was satisfactory; however, I was disappointed to find that the tea cup was not cleaned properly, which affected the impression of cleanliness. On the positive side, the room service was excellent—prompt, attentive, and very professional.

Excellent Hospitality, very good customer service at reception. Non veg food is also too good. Swimming pool and boating at hotel need to maintain.

Stayed at Ar Thangakottai, Yelagiri, and it was a wonderful experience. The resort is peaceful with great hospitality and clean, spacious rooms. Perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.

Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. They should explain more about amenities , activities happening in palace whilee check in.

This stay is completely overhyped. which turned out to be a closed space with a small window and no view. The breakfast was terrible, with very limited options. I still don’t understand the justification for charging such a high amount. The location is also unimpressive. The worst part was in the ladies’ restroom near the swimming pool, where a male housekeeping staff member entered, claiming he needed water for the plants—an extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable experience. If you want to feel like you’re staying in a palace, you might be impressed by the exterior, but the interiors are disappointing—certainly not worth even a 3-star rating. Overall, a very below-average stay.
