Review Of TPS Guest House

We had a very disappointing experience with our recent booking. We had booked a 4 BHK villa but were instead given a 1 BHK villa. The property owner was not cooperative, refused to take responsibility, and behaved We were a group of 5 family members, including senior citizens and women, and had to manage with just one bedroom and one restroom, which caused extreme inconvenience and spoiled our entire trip.didn’t even support, didn’t even help us with the issue rather every time a new person i was patiently explaining the issue to all the 7 people but all of them only kept saying give us 48hrs or pls hold the call for 3 mins but they never gave us a solution. One of theperson asked me to drop a mail , invoice details and explained the issue but there was no reply from the team. What makes the situation even worse is that we paid for this 1 BHK villa, while a neighboring guest with the full amenities

I guess it is a little expensive, but given the fact that property was so neat and clean and gave mid premium effect to me. i would prefer to go again if charges are little low

We had an awesome experience in this stay when we stayed here with my entire family comprising of my elderly parents. Enough space for parking our 2 cars,campfire can be arranged on request,easy to access all day to day necessities like Hotel,ATM and other activities areas

Poorly managed the entire experience. I was okay with the change they provided. I. E. I booked 2bhk and they made me stay in 1bhk. But they assumed i won’t ask for some refund. Neither was helpful even after knowing and speaking to the property manager. Didn’t get camp fire also after paying for it.

Stay was good but as per booking cooking utensils and stove but they charged extra

Our booking was made for a 2 bedroom villa, but we were provided with 1 bedroom villa with 2 double beds and 1 bathroom. We did not get the privacy for which we booked a 2-bedroom villa in the first place. We had to adjust with the room given. Pathetic! adding to this there were cockroaches crawling in the bathroom and the room at night.

The property is decent and relatively new. However, please be careful booking online. We booked a 2 bedroom villa and received a 1 bedroom villa instead. Luckily the other family with us was a relative, hence we adjusted. Kindly be cognizant of this risk. Also, pest control is needed, there were cockroaches in the room

A clean, beautiful property, kind and understanding owner. We had a blissful stay here and are definitely looking forward to coming back to this serene property again.

I and my family really enjoyed staying. Place is serene and very calm. We stayed friday and saturday. So very calm place
