We were a group of 6 women. On arrival, we could not locate the place, as there is no nameboard. Finally one man arrived, went down a small lane, opened the gate and went up. No help with luggage. Went up to the balacony and asked us to come up. Oonly after requesting for help with the luggage, did he come down again and carried a couple of pieces. We go up the stairs, narrow corridor,opens the door to a living room, and adjacent bedrooms. Those were ok. No drinking water available. Towel, Toothbrush, paste, soap provided. One bedroom had Netlon, the other did not. Mosquitoes are aplenty in Yercaud. Then the man left us to our own devices. There is no reception, no person physically present, no security. ON enquiry, was told there are cameras everywhere. Thta night we had a mishap where one of us fell down and fractured her arm. This was around 11 pm. No help around. Called the man who had shown us the rooms. No clue about any cab, hospital, nothing. No help provided. Owner could not be reached. We finally made do with help from strangers on the road. We had to go to Vaniamabadi, about 45 mins away to get to a proper doctor. Dressing for the fracture, and surgery was suggested. So we decided to leave the hotel then- 1.45 am. No check out system - no one around. Called the man and said we are leaving the keysInexepen on the door. Next morning, spoke to the owner about a refund for today. But he said, only MakeMyTrip can do it, as the entire payment was directly to MakeMyTrip in advance. I chatted with MMT, but no help. There is no email id to write to. I will try calling.
