Overall, It was good . The rooms were clean without any pest. The service was good, and the management helped us whenever we needed something. Kids play area was very nice. Food was okayish.... I felt like they could have added more different items for the amount we paid. Overall experience was good.

Everything is Good.. only toilet is too much of smell issue...The management should take necessary action thus thankyou...

Hotel rooms are pleasant and food is very good. We had a great time here. Hotel team is good in helping in campfire and fixing minor issues with window locks.

At the time of stay I feel satisfied. Because of the hotel location it is easy to access nearby tourist places. The hotel ambiance is very good. But the food rate is very high compared to high class restaurant.

Awful. Exterior might appear great , but Rooms are terrible. I think they are not staffed enough or with ill qualified underpaid staff that they are unable to address basic formalities

Travelled with family of 2 kids . Stay ok , cleaned room but expected little hospitality. No one available for luggage help. Stayed for 2 nights , towel received after 5hr of stay, they didn’t clean the room on 2nd day, no garbage pick up, no bedsheet change.

Property is good, but the maintenance is very poor. Towel, toiletries, and a doormat for the toilet were not provided. On enquiry at the reception, it was informed that they did not have stock of doormats for the toilet. The indoor games room looks like a haunted house and is very poorly maintained. Badminton court is not available, and the cricket net is completely damaged.

Road to the hotel is narrow. Food was ok but expensive. The bathroom toilet seat was broken. The bed was not smelling good. Could find hair and some blood stains.

Stay was good relaxing. Have booked a Deluxe room which is neat and clean. Food was also good. Better opt for food options while booking the property for better pricing. Big parking space. Had a comfortable stay. Overall stay recommended.

Location - Near to the main road. Food - Buffet is good both morning and dinner... Snacks and tea is expensive... Lunch I did not have.. Staffs-friendly and supportive Cleanliness - rooms was clean. It was a nice place to stay , the place was neat and clean, Breakfast provided by them was very good , staff were very responsive and service was excellent . I would suggest the management team to check on the bathroom flush tank , which was not dispensing the water level for a complete flush, we were filling some water and pouring it on the toilet for a complete flush.Rest all so good in this resort . if that issue was not found I would rate this resort with excellent .

The stay was average, as the power kept fluctuating and it was shutdown multiple times. The water issue was consistent throughout the stay, there was no water for toilet flush as well as for bath. And also the hot water wasn't available during the weekend. And the TV subscription wasn't renewed so had to give multiple calls to the reception to fix that issue. Overall it was a okaish trip with lot of followups and adjustment.
