I recently had an absolutely wonderful stay at the resort, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Right from the warm welcome at the reception to the attentive service throughout my visit, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and provided the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The food was a true highlight—delicious, fresh, and offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The serene atmosphere, lush greenery, and well-maintained facilities made it a peaceful retreat. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking relaxation and comfort.

Stay was good relaxing. Have booked a Deluxe room which is neat and clean. Food was also good. Better opt for food options while booking the property for better pricing. Big parking space. Had a comfortable stay. Overall stay recommended.

Location - Near to the main road. Food - Buffet is good both morning and dinner... Snacks and tea is expensive... Lunch I did not have.. Staffs-friendly and supportive Cleanliness - rooms was clean. It was a nice place to stay , the place was neat and clean, Breakfast provided by them was very good , staff were very responsive and service was excellent . I would suggest the management team to check on the bathroom flush tank , which was not dispensing the water level for a complete flush, we were filling some water and pouring it on the toilet for a complete flush.Rest all so good in this resort . if that issue was not found I would rate this resort with excellent .

The stay was average, as the power kept fluctuating and it was shutdown multiple times. The water issue was consistent throughout the stay, there was no water for toilet flush as well as for bath. And also the hot water wasn't available during the weekend. And the TV subscription wasn't renewed so had to give multiple calls to the reception to fix that issue. Overall it was a okaish trip with lot of followups and adjustment.

It’s a good place to stay with family.Room was good and hygiene but wifi is not working for iPhone users as it is a unauthorised connection and tv is also not working. Room service was not on time.

Property was very neatly maintained , very spacious rooms, good space for parking , Food was good though we had bfast only . Location also very beautiful

Location is fine, Resort is also neat and clean. pool wasn't properly maintained. Breakfast options were very less and due to crowd it looked missmanaged. The worst part was the late night loud music which stopped after 11PM. Resort should be mindful while taking the other bookings when they have such party events planned. It's a torture for other guests who have kids/elders and booked the resort to relax.

Rooms was neat and clean. Ambience was good. Hill view resort.... worth for money. But no house keeping at all.

it was good, however MMT booking and direct booking had some confusion. on mmt it was available but at hotel the rooms were not available. I booked Delux room. but I got standard room. hence request u to have good coordination.

Our experience at AGS Holiday Resort was very disappointing. Despite the check-in time being 12 PM we only received our room around 3 pm with no proper explanation or apology. The service was extremely poor throughout the stay — the staff were unresponsive and seemed uninterested in helping guests. We ordered lunch and had to wait over an hour for it to arrive, even though there were hardly any other guests at the restaurant. When we asked for an extra pillow, nobody provided it. we had to collect it ourselves, instead of it being sent to the room. Basic requests like drinking water and towels required multiple follow-ups. Swimming pool water was visibly dirty and nit maintained. Near to kid's play area garbages were kept. Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor management completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this resort unless there are major improvements in service and guest care.

AGS Holiday Resorts was welcoming with ample car parking, easy location close to the main market area and spacious room. The pool was a little bit of a disappointment as it was too shallow for adults. The food is a little too expensive so, we ate local food at the market area. However, the quantity and quality of the food at AGS Holiday Resorts is worth the price if you take it as part of your package. The stay was comfortable and the reception desk staff are very helpful and warm. They give discounts on entry to the other attractions around Yelagiri as well. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. The house keeping is a tad bit slow in response and we had to make multiple calls just to get pickle and papad with our curd rice. Overall and compared to many other places we saw in Yelagiri, we would definitely recommend AGS Holiday Resorts to stay safely and comfortably in Yelagiri.

Pros good veg food though tandoori item not available on all days good location cooperative staff cons very dirty water for bathing and wash basin no water in flush. Despite complain, no one repaired it. Bathroom shower handle malfunctioning no tv connection as they have not recharged and not willing to recharge midnight current went off. No one bothered to switch on genset.

Worst experience! room is not clean ! the front table person forced us to attend party which is again charged ! worst service ! the room was out of current service for one hour ! paid for deluxe room is waste of money

This space not enough

It was very nice to share about the resort. Gud amenities, foods and staffs

Room service were pathetic, nothing was working in given room, no higenic, for every dam thing like toothpaste brush soap etc you have to call them 10 times, so literally nothing up to the mark.
