location is good opposite of boat Club. food is available at hotel restaurant. shower is not working in bathroom and hot water available very less time and fan is not working properly. we book ac room but they tell for ac pay extra. and room area is very less we can not moove easily in the room. according to price they charge for room stranded I m not satisfied. staff coprative. very crowded area outside. no auto or cab service available we hv to go to main road. in total average experience.

The room was perfect for couple and sufficient for a short trip. The cleanliness was maintained in both room and bathroom.

We also enjoyed the delicious compliment breakfast and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Hi,Actually this residency is located in a well connecting place to visit all tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping, street walking and roaming. Best place to stay in safe with family also.I got disappointed for asking extra 500 to avail air-conditioner and this is not good for the room rent i paid more, for a single day stay.Apart from the staff hospitality should be appreciated and resolve all the problems whatever we escalated on time. Thank you.

There used to be a restaurant there! not currently! have to go elsewhere for food! all the other amenities in the room are standard for a stay!

The bed clothes are stained. The bathroom wasn't clean. It had lots of hair strands from the previous tenents

Rooms were smelling bad, bedsheets were having pan marks, not at all hygenic. Only soaps and shampoos were given, nothing else.

The hotel is situated at a good location. Local market are within 50 metre from the hotel. Tourist spots are also within 200 metre from the hotel.

good staff and the owner. located at a safe place and not too crowded around. along with 4 wheeler and two wheeler parking. Room is well maintained.

There was cockroaches on hotel room at night time and bathroom mugs are not clean too and wifi not working during my stay.

Room is good, clean and neat. Room is little bit smaller otherwise everything is good. Breakfast and dinner is also available. Car parking is also there. Room rent is little bit costly.

It was a very plea-sent stay and the care takers were very helpful. I would surely recommend girinandhana to everyone

Hotel location is not good…. Food is not available. No power backups to cover all facilities. We stayed two nights and there was a power cut in second night and air conditioner and water heater were not working. They had only a small UPS to have lights and fans. Moreover they charged extra 500/ night for Airconditioner.

Rooms was tidy and staff were friendly. Food was average. places accessibility was too good as this was very near to prime locations and sight seeings.

Stay was good and comfortable, very close the lake and location is a big plus, rooms were clean, staff was very helpful.

Room photo uploaded with air conditioner but while check in the hotel manager requested for extra rs. 500- towards air conditioner. Hence customer must aware that it's non - a/c room.

Location is ideal. It is outside yelagiri lake itself. Very convenient. Service is good. Neat but slightly small room.

The staffs were helpful and the room was very clean. It was very nice stay and comfortable stay. I had stayed there for 2 days with my partner. They helped a lot with what we can experience in yelagiri. And also the places to visit are nearby

Location: worthwhile to note that all major govt tourist locations are nearby - the park, boat house, and the nature park price point: way too expensive without complementary food or tea, plus no lifts. I believe this could be worth 1500 to 1750 max. Views: depends on the room you get, i got one just opposite to another hotel and diagonally opposite to the entrance of the park which leads you to the boathouse. Cleanliness: not sure if i'm the only one to face this. Some kind of smell was emanating from the bathroom for which the room staff sprayed room spray when we got in, it did gradually subside, but the stench remained throughout the stay. Without the exhaust in the bathroom, it could've been worse. # management, do take note of this staff: were diligent. Attended to when needed. Fixed an issue with the geyser. Would give 5/5 for the staff and courteousness. Maintenance: the key to the wardrobe wasn't in there but the wardrobe lock was in locked status, which meant the wardrobe door couldn't be closed completely. Toiletries: too cheap and contained just soap and shampoo, no dental or showering kit (as said, price is too high considering the amenities provided) amenities/comfort: the bed was good and comfortable. Comforters were also adequate. 2 liters of packed water was provided on day 1. They have water dispensers at every floor. So no worries. Not available as advertised: 1. I believe i didn't see any air purifier as shown on the booking page. 2. Also, the 24 hour in room dining is not available. Even food ordered needs to be consumed near the reception area only. 3. Plus no lunch is available. Food is available morning and night only. Available food is okay. You need to walk a bit to find better food. For the management: 1. Provide landline/extn for room service. I'm not comfortable calling from my mobile number for privacy reasons. 2. I know its hard to provision now. But lifts could have been provided 3. On a security/privacy point of view, there's a balcony like structure running through the entire side of the building, but not accessible from the rooms. I see that any one can walk to the balcony and see through the windows of my room. Plus there are chances of theft/pilferage. You might need to close the balcony passage
