The stay was very near to nature. The property was very peaceful and the service was excellent. We spent our diwali there the management provided all the guests crackers and made us feel as home

Very good room atmosphere and supportive staff

The location was a bit off road. Exterior: The property exterior is good. Its in a lush green campus with a pool. Interior: The interior was terrible. Lots of insects, no arrangement of mosquito coils or vaporizers. The bed springs are so noisy and uncomfortable that it keeps pricking in your back and you can't sleep on them. No other rooms were offered on request. We arrived at night and left with no options Food: Food is drastic, you have limited options and need to pre-order. Any chages later on will not be entertained, even a single chapati. Once you order its final. Guests consuming liquor openly near the restaurant. Not suitable for families.

Rooms are in interior and roads are not good . Initially they provided , beds in the rooms are not good and they were changed the room

Rooms, garden, play areas all are neat and clean. Need to improve room service, room service manpower shortage.

The facility was not as good as expected and the customer has to call every time to staff people to get the arrangements done.

Reaching property is a little difficult, even though Just 3 km from the centre is like driving in off-road condition. Basic and executive rooms are the same. please try to find the room on the first floor which is very good and well lit. The service and the food is good. very good when you travel with kids.

No internet except that everything feels good! You can enjoy your stay while you in kairos. Felt like it’s all that we need on this budget

Room servicing is too bad facilities too baad tea and coffee toooo worst food also not at all good.we faced very very bad and worst experience

Breakfast is very good but lot of power issue

No proper maintenance. Foul smells everywhere. Drinking water should be collected by us only. Bad response from staffs.

Rooms were good. But service were poor. It took 2 hrs to get rooms ready after arrival at hotel. Food was pathetic and response time to serve food during lunch at 4pm was extremely slow. When the crowd was negligible. Room had multiple spiders that too in luxury suite. Location was excellent. But for food we had to look for other restaurants in nearby resorts.

Clean room. Between nature. Staff is good. Bit difficult to reach the location. Not a fan of restaurant food but its okay.

Good location, rooms are ok, food is not that good.

Rooms are neat and clean. Excellent stay here. Ambience is good. Good place to relax. Climate is so chill in november, we didn't use ac at all. Also, couldn't use swimming pool due to cool weather. Room service available. If you are bringing senior citizens, take ground level villa and not opt for rooms as you have to climb stairs.

Property is okay but not upto the mark. Staff are courteous and service was good. Facilities are very less.

The customer service is poor and the food needs to be called from mobile and ordered and the problem is no signal. There is so much of network problem and internet issue which the management need to work on. Kettle is not working for hot water. Ok
