Sterling Yelagiri losing its standards.
Stay was ok this time. Property is getting old and amenities are not upto the mark. Shower didn’t work properly. Rooms were not kept with towels and floor mats upon checking in. Had to call the reception multiple times. Not the sterling it was before.

Terrible Stay
Our stay at Sterling Yelagiri was extremely disappointing and not at all worth the money. The rooms were not up to the mark, poorly maintained and lacking basic cleanliness. There was absolutely no privacy as the swimming pool is right in the middle of the hotel and visible to everyone, making it very uncomfortable to use. The food experience was horrible – we ordered biryani which was not fresh, and the buffet spread was tasteless and of very poor quality. Overall, the ambience felt congested and chaotic, more like a chawl than a resort. This was a pathetic experience and I would definitely not recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, good food, or a peaceful holiday.

Good Stay
Overall a good experience. Went with my family and stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was very good. Kids friendly place. The only issues were the monkey comin into the balcony and disturbing us.

Excellent Stay
The rooms were cozy, and the food was good. Overall a nice stay and all the staffs are friendly and at our steps when required. I would recommend one to stay at Sterling Yelagiri.

Good Stay
The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is courteous and helpful. Food is amazing. Did not expect food would be so good! The local cuisine was extremely flavourful and sumptuous. Yelagiri does not have any attraction. So it would be good if hotel could give more amenities.

Family-friendly stay with outstanding service
I hd a wonderful stay at Sterling Yelagiri. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable throughout. A special mention to Subhash, who was extremely helpful in arranging food for us on time. He was very attentive and made our dining experience smooth and pleasant. One of the highlights was that the hotel provides complimentary food for kids below 3 years, which is such a thoughtful gesture for families traveling with little ones. It really made our stay more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, Sterling Yelagiri is a great choice for families, with warm service and family-friendly facilities. Highly recommended!

Good Stay
Property ambience & restaurant ambience was good. Food was tasty but options were limited, that’s ok. Location wise good and easily accessible by road. Facilities were fair enough, but network and WiFi issues were there and needs to be addressed. I have to really commend them for providing complementary milk and baby food readily available anytime whenever we ask. It’s really appreciable etiquette and let them keep it up.😊👍

Would love to visit Sterling yelagiri again
Great experience of pleasant stay in sterling yelagiri.... Warm reception by MR PRATHEESH gave us comfort over the stay... Service was really satisfied... Food buffet with good varieties in menu... Kids play area and swimming pool really kept them engaged and joyful... All the people from reception to dining and room service provided their excellent care and service.

Worst stay
It’s a old property with not even a average room maintenance, it’s drainage smelly issues and dirty stains on bedsheet and pillow covers, highly not recommended and only the swimming pool, restaurant are in good maintenance and staffs are good but rooms are worst experience, don’t waste your money by choosing this property. Classic bedroom with balcony as a family of four for two nights
We booked two classic rooms with balcony for two nights stay as a family of four. It was a really peaceful and good experience. The balcony is really spacious and offers a fantastic view. It is very close to Murugan temple and you can get the view of it from your balcony along with the hills. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The staff were helpful as well. The bathrooms were also well maintained. The room service was also on point. If there's anything to improve, it would be the hotel's restaurant....the food was average and pricey. There were very limited options to order from. The management can focus on providing more options and improving the taste while also looking after the price. It was unreasonably quite high for the taste. Otherwise it was overall a good experience. The location of the hotel is also really good as it is near to every popular location.

Good stay at Sterling Yelagiri for our family break
Mr Ram and Ms Abhirami at front desk, Mr Ajith at the restaurant, Ms Jemmy at the Spa were extremely helpful. A big word of appreciation for them. Mr Subhrajit was good and showed bias for action during lunch. Our special appreciation to the Chef, as the food was fantastic. The property was clean and nice. The pool was good, but could have been heated as the water was biting cold even in peak summer. Indoor games need a face-lift and replenishment. Staff are amazing and want to make the stay memorable. We had an excellent time at Yelagiri.
