Review Of Hotel Nigress

The day of my arrival, hotel have informed me that booking is not there and makemytrip has booked it wrongly. Finally they have arranged to book at different hotel of same group.

Nigress is an open oxygen generator. Love the lawn and the ambience. Optimal and nominal for a small family / couple. Overall a pleasant stay and pleased with the hospitality and tasty food.

First of all Nigress hotel is a stinking place. When I reached the hotel with my family they offered us the stinking room and refused to take it. Later they offered me another room which not cleaned and wine bottle was everywhere in the room and staff kept us waiting for 45 mins, from 12:30 pm to 1:15 pm. I had to call MMT and my call was waiting for 10 mins. Lady answered the call and instructed the hotel staff about this and final I got a room which was ok. I was surprised to see such a pathetic experience after paying extra. Darshan.
